We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and Loreni was welcoming and helpful. Everything was just as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time. We'd happily stay again!

Such a perfect spot for a sibling vacation! It's a cozy spot with lots of blankets, couches, and beds. The kitchen is perfect for meal prepping for large families who are constantly on the run. Brianna the host was super awesome and replied promptly when we had any questions. If you're a plant person, you'll geek out over her succulents and the front porch. We will be staying again very soon. Thank you for such a warm welcome and the opportunity for a great vacation in a beautiful home, we are forever grateful Brianna!

It was so nice staying at Denis' beautiful space. The house is so charming, clean and comfortable to spend time in. The backyard is idyllic and totally gorgeous. I also appreciated how accommodating the host was to my last-minute requests, and how quickly he responded to my messages. Highly recommend this spot!

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay. The house was clean and on private property which felt safe. The host was very responsive and friendly. I asked if there was a water cooker and she actually brought a new one. Best host ever. Can really recommend this place.

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

had a wonderful stay at Clara's poolhouse. place has everything you need, for a one or two person stay. its a great neighborhood with a lot of cool stuff to do nearby, i didnt get a chance to use the pool, but i we had some sunny days, and just vibing on a chase lounge was nice enough. would stay again

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

Francesca really made my first air bnb experience very smooth and comfortable. The house was perfect in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Encino. Tons of room for myself, my partner and 4 children. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers in the Encino commons which is a very short drive (about 5 mins). The house was beautifully laid out and clean and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Francesca was quick and responsive with whatever questions I had and gave us directions perfectly and concisely. She even had a booklet of the house layout, instructions, and recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. My family and I felt safe comfortable and right at home in Francesca’s place. We definitely recommend booking with her our experience exceeded our expectations! THANKS AGAIN FRANCESCA! :) <3

Sara was an amazing host. The location was perfect! We walked to breakfast every morning, and were in driving distance to all the things we planned to do while we were in town. The bed was super comfortable and dark! Would stay again!

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

Five stars - There was a scheduling mix up over the holiday weekend with the cleaning service before we arrived but our host, Rachel, quickly came over with cleaning supplies in hand and took care of it all, making it really nice & clean for our weekend stay.

We had a snafu at a different airbnb and Nathalie was kind enough to let us book last minute and check in early for our stay, it was very kind of her. The space is great - quiet, comfortable bed, lots of amenities(bottled water, shampoo, conditioner) and it was very clean. Nathalie was very communicative, flexible, and easy to work with. It's maybe the only airbnb I have ever been to where you don't have to do a bunch of stuff before checking out, which is something I am not used to and very relaxing. You can walk to restaurants on Wilshire or Olympic and our dog loved sniffing around the neighborhood. We loved our short stay and appreciate Nathalie for being so kind!

The location of the home was great - walkable to multiple restaurants and nearby a Target. The home was well decorated and comfortable. It worked out well for our trip to Paramount and Disneyland.

This place was a fantastic get away from LA for me and my family. The amenities and location made this the perfect place for us to get some rest and rejuvenation. We are definitely coming back.

Adoramos a estadia na casa do Ernesto, ele foi um excelente anfitrião. Nós nos sentimos em casa.. As toalhas e as roupas de cama estavam impecáveis, a casa é muito bem equipada e o aquecimento central funciona perfeitamente bem. Não tivemos problema nenhum com a estadia, eu me hospedaria novamente. :)

Peaceful, nice stay. Exactly as depicted. It got a little cold at night but the space heaters were already provided and kept us super toasty! Three people stayed and comfortably had places to work from home one day, while we explored everything within walking distance as well. Would stay again!

It is great place if you want to stay near Venice and LMU. The only comment I have is about the internal temperature of the house: maybe it's because of the unusually cold climate in LA, but I found the house a bit cold. It's better to turn on the heating straight away because the house takes a while to warm up.

We stayed the weekend. It felt so warm and nice. We loved this place especially because it had an awesome backyard. The kids got to relax outside. Safe and cozy. She recommended a breakfast place near by. Great place. We rented scooters near by because kids didn’t want to walk. I

We stayed at The Vine for a week and had a great stay. This was our first airbnb experience and we would definitely return. The suite was stocked with amenities and snacks. We honestly could have showed up with just our clothing. Very dog friendly, safe walkable neighborhood, and felt very private. Jennifer is super friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We really felt like it was our place while we stayed. Highly recommend!
