Loved my stay! The apartment was pristine, great location near a variety of shops and restaurants with a large grocery store just steps away. There is a beautiful walk along the waterfront that is easy to get to that will lead you to the ocean. I was particularly impressed with how fast and responsive Monet was to any questions I had before and during my stay. Highly recommend and I would stay there again!

Nils was a great host so glad his stay was available last minute. He was an amazing host with how quick he responded , gave recommendations, and overall nice person. Place is pet friendly which was amazing and hard to find in this location. Neighborhood isn’t the best but that’s expected with the area and there’s lot to do and good food options around. I wouldn’t mind booking with him again 😊

Spent a few nights here with my girlfriend and our dog, couldn't have found a better place - the pool/ jacuzzi was a particular favourite in the evenings and the space itself inside the apartment was extremely homely - would 100% stay again if visiting LA in the future

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé to stay! Definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too and his response was so quick it was phenomenal! Right in downtown close to a lot of things to do!

Perfect little place for our too short stay in Santa Monica. Close to everything but quiet and private. Clean, efficient and safe. Host communication was quick, clear, helpful and polite. Lovely neighborhood too. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

As I was traveling alone, I was looking for a safe/secure and peaceful place and this rental delivered. It was exactly as described with everything I needed for a great stay. Because this is a unique location on a busy canyon road, it’s important to understand how the road is a bit noisy during the day but silent at night. The sleeping loft was so quiet and comfortable I got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Location was very central to all places I visited in LA and was a perfect home base. The hosts were very friendly and communicative and clearly communicated the few rules and requests for the rental. The small mall up the street had great food choices and a fun pharmacy/gift shop. I had a wonderful stay in this gem of a place!

Comfortable apt with nice private outdoor sitting area. Walkable neighborhood within easy walk of Ventura Blvd. Chris was very proactive in communications and made it easy to check in.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse is beautiful — a spacious, 3-story home with a rooftop and a private garage in a great location. It’s very comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home. The host was amazing: incredibly kind, responsible, and accommodating throughout our stay. We’re especially thankful for the thoughtful touch of providing a baby crib — it made traveling with a little one so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and cozy stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The studio apartment is comfortable and the bathroom was great with a window overlooking the pool and a wonderful walk in shower. Would love it if Odile added a kettle to the kitchen appliances. We slept well, and enjoyed the outdoor space. It was a great location for walking to cafes, etc.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly
