I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

Sulit po ang stay dito. Sobrang bait at helpful ni sir Al, also very kind and considerate with infant and seniors. The check-in was smooth, and sir Al did everything to make it quick. The host also made sure to let us know the amenities fee and all the guidelines. The place is clean and nice. Highly recommended.

Kelvin is responsive, so easy to understand all his instructions and you'll never get lost! He is a very good host! We enjoyed lots of things to do like swimming, playing darts, badminton, walking, viewing the lagoon, many trees, ornamental plants with flowers of variety of colors! So refreshing and relaxing! For sure. we'll be back here and will bring our friends and family with us on our next visit!

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

The place was super clean right from the get-go. The kitchen had all the cooking gear we needed, including dishes ready to use. We really liked the wine glasses, which made our chill drinking session even better. The veranda was our favorite spot to kick back. All in all, we had a laid-back weekend at Angelyn's place.

Great Stay at Fred and Beth's Airbnb We had a wonderful time at Fred and Beth's place! The unit is just a 3-minute walk from Pico de Loro Beach, which made beach outings super easy. One standout feature of this unit is the additional loft, which serves as a cozy bedroom. This loft really adds a layer of privacy that’s hard to find in other units that are listed here on AirBnB. The main living area is also spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you might need, making it ideal if you plan to cook. It’s also a great setup if you're traveling with other acquaintances, as it gives everyone their own space. Fred and Beth were incredibly responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Great value for money

Editha's place was perfect for our needs. Mall is just across the street for easy shopping. the place was cozy and the pool view was so relaxing. I booked another stay for my return flight to the US. and that only shows how i liked the place.

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel

Last minute booking. Communication was smooth and the host was very responsive and accomodating. Ms. Christine made sure that our stay will be pleasant and cater our needs. Overall, it was a great experience!

Our one week stay isn’t enough that I had to extend 2 more days. Place is very quiet and peaceful. Medjo malayo sa mga establishments but may mga store na nasa baba mismo ng building. Take note that some of them nagcloclose ng 9pm. Shell is also walking distance. Place is homey, complete utensils, clean bathroom. Ms Vicka is also very active and friendly in communicating. Will definitely come back.

The place is good for a peaceful relaxation and simple leisure. It’s convenient to all the basic establishments needed for such services. The unit is clean and well divided. As for the owner, responsive and easy to talk to. Thank you for your warm accommodation.
