Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce à la gentillesse et à la générosité de nos hôtes. Malgré la barrière de la langue (nous sommes français), nous avons bien communiqué et avons pu échanger de façon conviviale. L'endroit est très paisible, avec un magnifique jardin. Nous avons reçu tellement de belles attentions, et en sommes très reconnaissants. Merci beaucoup pour ces moments de partage hors du temps et si précieux pour nous. Je recommande à quiconque souhaite découvrir cet endroit !

Margareta propose certainement la meilleure adresse de la ville!L’appartement est impeccable,parfaitement rénové,en plein centre ville et avec une place de parking En plus elle nous a aidé à trouver un duduk, elle est vraiment une super hôte!

The 3 nights I spent here was absolutely fine in every way. Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, kettle, microwave, an extremely handy washing machine, as well as a nice selection of tea bags and coffee sachets. I couldn't fault the shower and toilet? And the living space is well sized with TV that has international channels, an extremely comfy double bed, big wardrobe, and a nice L shaped dining area. Vahe as a host is very responsive! You could call or message him throughout the day during your time in the city if needed. He even booked me a Yan-dex taxi from the airport due to my phone not being able to accept the app? Top host, lovely apartment, very well located!

We stayed at this lovely house in Gyumri for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

Nice cozy place, more like a “dacha” but everything you need is there. 😃 Love the pool, the bbq stand, yard is amazing and patio is something magic. Just you feel the mountain vibe under clear sky and Ararat in the shadows. Green grass, spotless house. We did enjoy stay with family in Karen’s pretty place. A little far from Yerevan, especially bad when traffic is heavy. You would enjoy place in a hot summer / autumn day. Cheers!
