Had an amazing stay, very peaceful place to enjoy with your friends

My stay last night was absolutely delightful. It was more than just a place to sleep; it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home.

Lovely veranda to read a book and watch the river and the birds. The host are friendly and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. For lunch and diner we ordered via zomato.

Benny and the caretaker Jose Harshal are absolute professionals. The instructions they provide was clear-cut. The place is neat and tidy, also the host was responsive and friendly and always there to help. I particularly like the way Jose communicated and helped me checkout as per my flexibility. I'll be recommending the place to my network. 🙏

A really great property for friends and family for a get together. It has a private pool and a private play area which just adds to the fun, also the host was really responsive and gave us clear instructions. Overall a really great experience

My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.

Mr and Mrs Binu were extremely hospitable, they welcomed us and were kind enough in allow us to check in early, the villa is spectacular and so peaceful, we felt home away from home from the moment we checked in. The house is very clean and has all the amenities available listed. I will recommend this BnB to all looking for a stay in Cochin. Thanks Mr & Mrs. Binu, you both are a fantastic host.
