A perfect stay in a perfect location. The host was great and organised a water taxi for us at cost, which made the journey so easy. Everything was perfect inside, and space to easily enjoy the 3 days in Venice. Comfy bed and couch. Even 2 chairs to sit and watch gondalas go by out the window. The location was a short walk to both the busy tourist streets, the local walkways and also restaurants. Try the local pasta in a box place right near the corner - both yum and great value.

Marina was delightful. Left us with a wonderful chilled Prosecco and wine glasses when we were finished checking in. She was very flexible and met us on a flexible schedule when we checked in. Balconies are over a canal and the walkways. A great breakfast patisserie is right next door and it's very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. a great location and lovely host.

We stayed in Olivier's beautiful flat for the best part of a week. It's even more stylish in the flesh than it appears in the photos. I'm an architect and I spent the first hour or so admiring the design and the classic furniture selection. Olivier organised for it to be made up as a three bed unit utilising the clever sliding partition to create the third bedroom. This worked really well and didn't really detract from the feeling of space in the main living room. The location is superb, overlooking the canal on one side and the main entrance to the Arsenale on the other. It's very close to cafes and restaurants on the lively Via Garibaldi. It's also pleasantly quiet in this area. Walk north along the outer wall of the Arsenale and you can be on your own amongst the narrow streets and canals. Oliver is an attentive host and offered plenty of advice about where to eat etc. All in all it was probably my best ever air bnb experience and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Olivier!

We liked everything about the visit. We followed the hosts instructions and used Google maps with the coordinates they sent -instead of the street address. Once inside the courtyard the host met us and directed us to unit. Beds were very comfortable. One was a sofabed. But it was made up with a regular mattress. Nothing like a regular sofa bed! Bedding was luxurious with duvets and nice pillows. Decorating was very nice, interesting colorful prints. The location is incredible. Water views, situated in a lovely park, steps from restaurants, grocery, EVERYTHING you need is right there. Close to several water bus lines St Marks maybe 15 mins. Once you fight the crowds which ate intense you will be very happy to come “home”!

12/10 recommend Ilaria’s home! She was fabulous to work with and her apartment was in the most amazing location! Apartment is very spacious, and Ilaria goes the extra mile by providing incredible amenities (coffee, snacks, champagne, hygiene items, etc). She also provides a comprehensive booklet on the area with her personal recommendations. Based off her suggestion we are at 1000 Gourmet and loved it so much we went back a second time! She also arranged water taxis for our arrival and departure. Upstairs has a secure baby gate at top and bottom of stairs so our toddler was safe in her two-story unit. Will absolutely stay with her again!!

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

We were greeted right away and checked in personally. We felt right at home and the process was very easy and effortless. The place was bigger than expected and can easily accommodate a whole family. It felt very cozy and the location was perfect. The view is truly amazing, seeing the canal from your bedroom window was very nice. Highly recommend going to the pizzeria/restaurant that’s just a 3 min walk from the apartment. Overall highly recommend this very romantic and cozy stay in Murano.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Location had great views of the canal. Very clean and updated place. We all enjoyed the place immensely. Host was very helpful.

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Chiara was a joy from start to finish. Lots of helpful messages even before our trip. Then really flexible and helpful when we arrived. Made our start in Venice so relaxing. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux, doté d’une vue incroyable. Complètement équipé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. L’hôte, très réactif, a su tout mettre en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour parfait. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal : à proximité d’un arrêt qui permet d’être déposé directement par bateau depuis l’aéroport Marco Polo de Venise.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

What a perfect location for a first trip to Venice. Monica arranged our private water taxi to meet us at the train station, as well as take us to the airport. As first time visitors, that assistance was so appreciated and valuable. Fernando was onsite to help us get settled and to see us off at the dock. Location wise - what a truly magical location. Out of the front door is the Gritti Palace (where we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the Grand Canal). We easily walked everywhere. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to relax mid day. There are several recommendations available for restaurants (we went to several and enjoyed all meals). There’s a lovely bar for coffee and croissants very close. Everything was just easy, magical, and helped to make our trip so special.

Pietro è stato gentilissimo e la casa era un sogno
