Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

Jerin was an excellent host and was helpful throughout our stay. We were provided with 2 bedrooms with attached bathooms. He provided good food and helped us with local transport to station and back. The rooms were basic but comfortable. There was no washing machine but a person was there to help hand wash the clothes. Bathrooms could have had better fittings but one cannot complain as the proximity to the beach meant any fitting would rust due to the salty sea air. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself was spectacular, with hardly any debris. The waters were calm and clean. If you go in the early morning you can see the fishermen bring in their catch. We had a lovely trip and must once again thank Jerin for his hospitality.

Nous avons passés une nuit dans ce si joli airbnb sur la plage, quel plaisir de voir de voir la mer à son réveil !!! Le logement est parfaitement situé, il est facile de prendre un tuktuk jusqu’aux backwaters en 15-20min. Diphna est une hôte adorable, très réactive et serviable. Je recommande à 100% ce logement !

The place is really nice just by the sea. It is very calm and peaceful. Boney and other staffs are very helpful, polite and kind. They assisted me for everything. Food is really good and very budget friendly here. I will definitely come to this place again if I am in Alleppy. You should definitely go for it if you are planning trip to Alleppy.

I had an amazing stay at this peaceful location. From the moment we arrived, everything felt serene and secluded — exactly what we were looking for. The setting is surrounded by nature, with barely any noise except the soothing sounds of birds and the breeze. The highlight was definitely the private pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Whether we were swimming under the sun or enjoying a quiet evening by the water, it added so much to the experience. The property was also spotless and beautifully designed, striking a great balance between comfort and elegance. Bernie has very thoughtfully curated this haven away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial tourist life you generally see in Kerala. The highlight is actually everything, the people, the private beach, the food is amazing. We found good friends at the property. It just felt like our own place. Extremely warm and hospitable. Loved every bit of it!!

This apartment was an excellent choice for our Cochin trip. Its prime location near Broadway, Marine Drive, and MG Road allowed us to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, with a stunning balcony offering panoramic views. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area added a touch of home comfort. We really enjoyed our stay with Dominic. We had some initial difficulties at the beginning but were able to sort them out quickly and were very satisfied in the end. The location is perfect and really only a jump away from the beach. Dominic is a relaxed and nice guy who recommended a few local things and organised a kayak tour during sunrise.

A great Kerala heritage place to stay at. Walkable distance from Maratikulam beach. Host made sure that we have a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to all :)

Good accommodation a minute's walk from the sea. Very close to a restaurant where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch. Mukhammed was very responsive, organized Kayaks in the morning and helped and gave a lot of useful advice that helped me a lot with my vacation.

The stay was really good. Peaceful neighborhood, walked to the beach, food was excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful in everything.
