I was there for a month. Idyllic place in a quiet, rural area, a 45 second walk to the beach, with a porch from which you can hear the sound of waves crashing. Hot shower and cool A/C. The best service I’ve ever had at an Airbnb by Jeffin, who happily made me meals and brought me tea throughout the day. Challenges as a digital nomad: the wifi is usually fast, but it goes down several times a day, and the cellular data is usually only 1 or 2 bars from the room. Power outages are at least once a day. There is a power backup, but it requires turning the generator on (which was done). The room only has a narrow window. I wished that there was a screen on the window so that I could turn the A/C off at night and open the window without bugs coming in. I hope that this place gets more reliable internet by upgrading to fiber and getting a power inverter, and a mobile signal booster. Finally, it states that there is a beach view. This is not true. But overall, I was happy and productive.

wat een fijne plek om te zijn! prachtig gelegen aan het strand. heel rustig en 10 minuten lopen naar de hoofdweg en de beroemde kerk. de ruimte bij Roy en zijn familie is heel mooi en strak ingericht, hele grote kamer, heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamer. fijn plekje om buiten te zitten. 's morgens wordt er in het tuinhuis een heerlijk indiaas ontbijt gereserveerd door de super lieve dochter die goed Engels spreekt. de vrouw van Roy heeft ook een keer het diner voor ons verzorgd met heerlijke, verse vis. we voelden ons echt heel erg op ons gemak en thuis bij deze lieve familie op onze heerlijke kamer. ik kan deze plek voor 1000% aanbevelen!

Sajid helped us a lot regarding stay and our irregular check out timings. He arranged bikes and car despite being it being a Sunday. It was a good stay overall. Would recommend.

Mr Mohammad is a great host. A must visit, Nearby Lulu Mall. He will assist you with everything you need and takes care of whatever the guest needs. I had a really comfortable stay. Recommending it to all who visit Kochi.

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.
