Being pet friendly and having a large fenced in area for them to run around in was very nice.

Wonderful place to stay. We met some less than ideal weather for adventuring with our 2 year old and couldn’t have picked a better spot to lay low for a couple nights. The space is beautiful and yet the setting steals the show. The team is working very hard to ensure the experience of staying at Ridge on the Chimney is a once in a lifetime.

We stayed in the first of a pair of small cottages that share a hot tub on a secluded lot. The place looks newly constructed and spotless, secluded, and comfortable. There is wifi, but no television, so bring your own screen. The hot tub was a real hit! And Derrick, the host, was very responsive and and friendly.

We had a great weekend at Pipers Creek! The place looks even better than pictures, super clean & cozy. The location is great, super private and beautiful views from the deck/hot-tub. It’s just what we needed to escape the winter blues. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I, along with our cat, Pongpong, stayed here for just one night, and we all fell in love with this gem. It was one of the BEST experiences we’ve ever had! The moment we parked our car and saw the lovely cabin with the absolutely breathtaking view behind it, we already knew it was a 10 out of 10. No wonder the Airbnb reviews are flawless! During our stay, we relaxed at the cabin, took our cat for a walk in the woods, and watched the sunset at the beach. We also read the little journal Christine and Jeremie created, documenting how they built this cabin. The last page, written in memory of their beloved dogs, brought us to tears. Staying here, learning the story behind it, and feeling a connection to the hosts without even meeting them was truly special. We’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you, Christine and Jeremie!

The cabin is one of four cabins - probably very convenient if traveling with a group. It overlooks a water inlet. The cabin is well kept up but fairly basic in terms of dishes, etc. There is a beach nearby but we didn't visit it due to the mosquitos.

Great little cabin. Clean with all the amenities and close to Cape Smokey for skiing which was the reason for our stay. Second time staying at Christy’s cabins and we will be back. Darrell and Stephanie were very responsive to any concerns we had.

We had a great time at the hilltop cabin, the fire pit and beautiful view down at the beach were lovely. Quite the hill down to the beach but well worth it! The compostable toilet was the nicest I’ve ever seen. I highly recommended this place to anyone visiting CB!

We loved our stay . It is a beautiful comfortable very clean cabin . With all the amenities. We had to bring our own drinking water but was informed in advance We would recommend our friends and family to stay here . Thank you Megan and hopefully we get a chance to stay again

The feeling of coming into this cozy cottage on a rainy, cold October afternoon was amazing - Jody had a crackling fire going in the wood stove and it was as if we were coming home. The dogs loved the wooded trails around the large, private property and the highlight was the adorable bridge crossing a wide brook. The area was peaceful and quiet and we highly recommend it.

The location was great with easy walk to beach for sunset. The proximity to the park was wonderful and close to town for easy access to restaurants and grocery store. The house was clean, but dated and very camp like, rustic. Had a few flies and bugs come out when we warmed up house but we're manageable. Overall a nice experience and an enjoyable stay.

Mark was a phenomenal host; stopped by more than once to check in, say hello, ask if we had any questions or concerns and just chat! Wonderful and thoughtful touches around the cottage that we discovered throughout our time there. Location was a 10/10!! Large, beautiful yard atop lakeside where many fires were enjoyed. Close to lots of hiking trails, shops and quaint restaurants. Can’t speak highly enough about Mark, he even lent us a hiking guide book which we found very helpful and came by on our last evening to say a fair well. Thank you for everything!

This home was everything I could have asked for. It was cozy, private and the views were outstanding. Mabou is a beautiful area. Perfect place to rest and slow down from a busy life. Dave was very very responsive and helpful with suggestions. I would highly recommend staying here. Best bnb experience we have had.

What a great spot Close to Arichat, NS. The cabin was very clean, spacious and quiet. Had all the necessities we needed The hosts were great and answered any questions we had very quickly. Dog friendly is hard to find and this place is a gem. Loved the accommodations!

This was a beautiful, quaint cottage with a million dollar view. Beautiful ocean views, sunsets and private. Jennifer was responsive and helpful with nearby recommendations.

Wow, what can I say. Edwina's place was spectacular. Even better than photos. View from front porch was breathtaking. Cabin was so cute and cozy. Had everything we needed. Wished we had planned to stay an extra day. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Gem of a spot! Close to the convenience of Baddeck but with your own stunning lake view from the porch/your bed and private beach access...worth the trail walk! Theresa, Dave, and Jack were great and ready to help with any of our needs!
