Great quality sublet in upstate New York. Furnished with sophisticated upscale furniture (yet very cozy and comfortable), large rooms (super comfortable beds), new bathrooms and excellent outdoor amenities like a large hot tub and a fire pit. Two things that set this place apart: (a) the atmosphere - this is a modern mid century cabin feel with a lot of attention put into small details: fantastic classic Hi-Fi receiver and speakers (with a turntable and LPs if you don't want to stream music), great sofa and Eames chair, a heat stove and fire place and a large TV with many streaming choices all make your time in the living room feel special. (b) The host - Omar is attentive, incredibly friendly and proactive. He did above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was available for anything we needed. We barely left the house because we had such a great time there. Will absolutely come again.

Very nice stay

Our family of 5 had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Stephen's house. We had lots of room to spread out but also great common spaces to be together. Kitchen was well-stocked and location was beautiful.

We stayed two nights at Marissa and Tom’s house, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate—super clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The towels were incredibly soft, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. There were extra blankets everywhere, which was such a cozy touch. The fire pit outside was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the crisp, cool air. Our group of five slept comfortably, and every detail of the home made our stay even better. Marissa and Tom were fantastic hosts—responsive, attentive, and always available when we needed to communicate. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. While the living room was a bit on the smaller side, the spacious dining area made up for it. The only downside was that we couldn’t open the windows during a couple of warmer days. We did find one fan in a closet, which helped a bit.

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

This house is perfect for a nice, small, and quiet getaway. The house is spotless, with cleaning supplies available to use throughout your stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, cookware, supplies, and spices. They had everything you need to make full meals and more! The beds were very clean and comfortable with a great amount of sheets and blankets. The downstairs had a wonderful playroom and TV that is great for group getaway or children. This was overall a great stay and definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing place for vacation!

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

It's a lovely apartment that was very clean quite spacious and comfortable. Just a short minute or two drive to a few restaurants and to Daryl's house. We had a great time!

Our second time staying at John's place with our two dogs. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Within easy walking distance to town in one direction and a quiet streets to walk the dogs in the other direction. We look forward to returning for another visit in the fall.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Kim was a wonderful host!! She was active in terms of replying and very much helpful when needed. The Airbnb was amazing and matched the pictures perfectly. I had a very relaxing stay, away from the city. Very much recommended to anyone who would like a private and quiet place to unwind. I would love to visit soon🥰

Highly recommend! Our stay was absolutely perfect and just what we needed to unwind and decompress. The peacefulness of nature and the seclusion of the property created a serene retreat from the constant hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. With perfect weather, we spent our days enjoying the firepit, making s'mores, and sipping on libations – a wonderful tradition that became a highlight of our weekend. We were conveniently close to the Shohola Falls, which was a great spot to visit, but the Bushkill Falls – Pennsylvania’s very own Niagara Falls – truly stole the show. Glenn made the whole experience easy, from booking the cabin to answering all our questions before we arrived. This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, enjoyed by myself, my wife, our two teenage children, and our pups. It’s a long weekend we will remember fondly for years to come. We decided to do a little girls get away over night and were not disappointed with our pick! We absolutely loved the little cabin and all the amenities it came with. It is extremely cozy and comes with clear instructions on how to operate the place! Will definitely go back!!!

The Little Log Cabin was the perfect long weekend getaway. It was so comfortable and cozy. I would love to return the next time I’m in the Catskills. Thank you Becca and Jesse for sharing such a wonderful home!

Regan’s place was so cute — perfect for a family of 4! Also super dog friendly with all the creature comforts. This has got to be the best stocked AirBnB ever… even had powdered milk! Regan was super responsive and friendly, offering recommendations as to what to do. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Ben’s house is amazing! Beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, very peaceful and cozy. The main large living area is beautiful and open, the foosball table is a fun touch! The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice and bright. The hot tub was perfect and already warm when we arrived. We did have an unfortunate power outage during our stay, which Ben was on top of communicating about, but without power the house had no wifi or landline and our cell service doesn’t reach the house, so we had a few hours completely “off grid”. Luckily the outage didn’t last long and we were able to enjoy our time before and after! Definite props to Ben for his communication in general. He had great hike recommendations and restaurant suggestions, and sent informative videos about the house amenities before arrival. We highly recommend Ben’s house, and would love to stay again!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

We imagined the house to be bigger than it actually was. Both of us needed to do some work, and we couldn't find any arrangement that would let us set up our workspaces more than a few feet away from each other, in the living room. But it wasn't the end of the world, and I am sure this is irrelevant for most people. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Everything is clean and works. The view is nice. We went for a hike every day. A friendly dog probably belonging to some neighbor came a few times to hang out on the deck.
