Marčana : locations de vacances

La casa di Giacomo è stata perfetta per la nostra vacanza a Rovigno. Il mare è vicino, specie utilizzando le biciclette che ci sono a disposizione, e la città non è troppo distante da raggiungere a piedi (una quindicina di minuti). La casa è confortevole, comoda e spaziosa. Il bagno è nuovo, c'è il bidet e la doccia é ampia e comoda. La lavatrice funziona bene e lo spazio per stendere è sotto un balcone. La cucina è funzionale e c'è quello che serve. Sono molto contenta e consiglio questa casa per le vostre vacanze.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

Wir haben zu fünft zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit jederzeit in dem Pool zu baden ist perfekt. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann dort angenehm schwimmen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass zusätzliche Schneidebretter oder Messer überflüssig sind. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen wurden einmal alle Betten neu bezogen. Ansonsten sind in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu finden. Im Ort selber gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie einen Gemüsehändler. Die nächst größeren Supermärkte sind dann alle in Umag selber (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Fazit: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel mit Freunden und unseren Wauzis dieses tolle Anwesen gebucht. Leider war es nicht so böllerfrei, wie wir gehofft hatten, aber dennoch konnte unser „Angst“Hund den Silvesterabend recht gut genießen, da alles entsprechend verschlossen werden konnte. Im Sommer sicher nochmal doppelt so schön, da der Aussenbereich wirklich toll ist. Das Haus selbst ist toll aufgeteilt und bietet genügend Platz und Freiräume. Die Lage in einer Sackgasse macht es angenehm ruhig und man ist in kürzester Zeit in allen sehenswerten Städten Istriens. Der Kontakt über Connor und Tamara (welche vor Ort die direkte Ansprechperson ist) war rundum toll. Wir haben unsere Auszeit genossen.

Appartamento consigliatissimo! Perfetto per due persone, molto curato e fornito di tutto il necessario, esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. L’ambiente è tranquillo, vicinissimo a spiagge meravigliose e con una bella passeggiata lungomare in poco tempo si arriva nel centro di Rovigno. Filip è stato un host super disponibile, simpatico e attento a qualsiasi nostra necessità. Speriamo di tornare molto presto!

Place was beautiful with 3 large bedrooms which were all en-suite as well as a smaller first floor bedroom and there was a first floor bath as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the house has TVS in every room. My only very small complaint) and this might be a US vs Europe difference) is that after the first few rolls of toilet paper we had to go to store and buy our own. I would have thought TP was an essential and for the very large price we paid included in the house. Other than that it was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a modern, clean spacious house in the Pula area. And the pool was great too!!

Wir waren jetzt eine Woche in Milenas Haus und haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war tatsächlich größer,als wir erwartet haben. Trotz der Hitze war es im Haus auch ohne die vorhand.Klimaanlage gut auszuhalten. Zuvor hat Milena geschrieben,wie es mit der Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert,das hat alles prima geklappt. Milenas Sohn hat uns sehr nett begrüßt. Das Haus wurde uns sauber übergeben. Beim Kücheninventar könnte man ein paar Kleinigkeiten erneuern. Man hat alles,was man braucht. Backofen,Kaffeemaschine,Wasserkocher,Mikrowelle…. Preis/Leistung top! Der Strand ist Max.5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt dort Imbisse und Snackbars. In einer der Bars war abends des Öfteren Livemusik. Zum Essen empfehlen wir das Punta Kriz,ein Stück hinter dem Campingpl.( wenn man den Strand runterkommt rechts lang),dort sitzt man traumhaft ( für Abends reservieren) Ausflüge:Hum( kleinste Stadt d.Welt,Medulin Airport Rundflug,Buzet Aura Destillerie, SanMauro in Momjan( bester Biska(Mistellikör)👍🏻Essen
