Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento arredato con stile. Caldo, accogliente, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Montefalco è un borgo splendido. Vicinissimi diversi altri borghi magici, facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Se proprio dobbiamo aggiungere degli appunti, consiglierei un nuovo servizio di pentole e padelle. In breve: Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno di relax e comfort

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Zu aller erst einmal vielen Dank an die Hosts Issa und Giovanni! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, heißen und erholsamen Urlaub in Eurer Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Haus: Das Haus entspricht mehr dem deutschen Standard denn dem italienischen, alles top, sauber und eine Vielzahl an Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf (Messer/Löffel/Gabel/Kaffeemaschine/Toaster/Gläser/Tassen uvm.) sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern ist sehr gut! Betten und Räume waren bequem und WLAN überall erreichbar, auch am Pool! Pool: Ein riesiger (Chlor) Pool mit angenehm kühlenden Wasser, schönen und praktischen Liegen waren der Hit! Zwei Sonnenschirme, die auch optisch schick sind, hatten uns vor der Sonne geschützt. Highlight, auch wenn man heutzutage stets eine JBL Box dabei hat, die Lautsprecheranlage via Bluetooth am Pool. Mein Tipp Radio Subasio+ ;-) Umgebung: Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Hügellandschaft und ein riesiger Garten für ein selbst und oder Hund - traumhaft! Grazie mille

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nel monolocale le balze, l'accoglienza di Valentina è stata impeccabile, host molto gentile, accogliente, precisa e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario, ha un piccolo giardino dove poter mangiare in tranquillità. La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti è molto bella , circondata da un giardino molto ben curato. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Perugia, Assisi, Spello e altre cittadine umbre. Soggiorno ottimo, consigliatissimo!

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

It was perfect!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Ospite disponibile alle richieste di informazioni e di suggerimenti sulla zona. Alloggio stupendo: pulizia impeccabile, ampia disponibilità di stoviglie e di accessori, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e giardino ampio e ben tenuto. Possibilità di accedere alle spiagge direttamente a piedi a circa 15 minuti, spiagge sia attrezzate che libere. All’interno dell’area dell’alloggio c’è un bar, una piscina per bambini, una per adulti e un campo da tennis/calcetto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e se possibile ritorneremo in futuro.

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

This is a stunning location with most beautiful view across the valley to Assisi. the property is great and ideal for multiple families. The upstairs and downstairs sections are completely self-contained, with bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchens in both. The veranda had a wood pellet burner which keeps it cosy and warm when it turns a little chilly at night. The location super-quiet and well out of the way, perfect for those wanting a quiet place. The owner was lovely, bringing us a delicious cake on our 3rd day. I can definitely recommend this property.

Un'abitazione completamente immersa nel verde, totalmente a disposizione e con piscina inclusa, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. La privacy è totale. Le cene in veranda incantevoli. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario, che si occupa della manutenzione quotidiana della piscina in maniera molto discreta. Le spiagge di Tortoreto, ottime per i bambini, sono a circa 8 minuti di auto su una strada facilmente percorribile. Altamente consigliato.
