I stayed at Rachel and Dean’s Airbnb while transiting from Brisbane to Melbourne, and it was the perfect stopover! They were incredibly hospitable, and their stunning garden was an absolute highlight—I took so many photos of the beautiful flowers and really appreciated the peace and quiet. As someone traveling alone, I also loved that they were in the building next door—it made me feel extra comfortable. It was just my dog and me on this trip, and she was perfectly safe within their grounds. Rachel was so kind and accommodating when I asked if my pup could have a play, which was much needed after a long drive! Everything about this Airbnb was perfect. It was cute, stylish, and super comfortable, and the bed had the loveliest sheets—I had the best night’s sleep in ages. Highly recommend!

I love this place! Post-travel, it’s like walking into a proper home. How many airbnbs have measuring cups and spoons, and knives that actually cut, so you can cook rather than just make do? And sinking into bed here after a long day is always such a treat. Thanks again, Maria!

Leticia’s place was in a beautiful surrounding. Such a lovely place to visit in winter with the multiple fire places and charming garden. Such a comfortable home to spend a weekend cooking in the fantastic kitchen and relaxing with friends. The late checkout was extremely appreciated by all. We were all sad to leave and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again Leticia.

Homestead at Lake George Winery

We stayed at the Lake George Homstead. 7 adults and 3 children and a pet Labrador. The property has enough bedrooms to easily accommodate a large group in comfort with privacy. Extra large living and dining area was an attractive feature. We stayed for 2 days. Apart from exploring the vineyard and enjoying a wine tasting with pizzas from the vineyard Cafe we used the property as a base to explore Canberra.

our stay was fantastic. Kathryn is so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. the cottage was clean and very homely. I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely go and stay again. I would stay longer next time. Just a beautiful and relaxing place to be.

I had a great stay at MJ’s place in Bruce! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local amenities. MJ was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lissy is the perfect host, on hand to make you feel welcome and looked after but respects your privacy The historic building has been beautifully renovated as a guest suite with big comfortable beds, the most amazing selection of snacks/drinks/treats on arrival and breakfast cooked to order in the morning. I wish all Airbnbs were as good as this, highly recommend.
