Awesome spot, plenty of space for my dad and I!

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

We did a last minute overnight at Katie’s and it was a perfect find. Beautiful home, extremely clean, and lots of nice touches for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the great communication and clear instructions. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

We had the most wonderful stay at Karrie and Todd’s! We had five families of various numbers and each unit was able to accommodate us perfectly with lots of sleeping options. The pool area and adjacent lawn was spacious and beautiful. Most units seemed recently updated and any rooms which were not were maintained well - everything was immaculately clean. The area is residential but not a far walk to anything needed - the beach is about 2.5 miles away. Karrie and Todd were quickly responsive with any questions and great hosts!

A great space Located in a peaceful street. Lots of parking space - we had one jeep and two Harleys. Plenty of room for four adults. Great bathrooms, good kitchen area and comfy beds. We walked round to Skillets for breakfast - 9 minute walk. Perfect. Great place to stay to explore the beaches and local area.

Caitlin and Brandon are really nice people. They made checkin super easy, answered my questions, and were immediately available. The rental is immaculate. They have made it very comfortable and a nice place to stay.

Truly was a perfect gem!! Perfect location for our yearly beach trip. Filled with lots of beach amenities-which is helpful when you are just stepping off a plane with a carryon! Deb and Brad were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would gladly come back for every stay we have in Bonita Springs!

Sylvia’s house was on a quiet street. The best part for me was the deck on the back overlooking a canal and the mangroves on the other side- full of wildlife- jumping fish, an osprey, large lizards sunning themselves, lots of birds of all kinds including the daily troop of white Ibis inspecting the grass. Very private feeling and quiet. Ft Myers beach is undergoing lots of post— Ian construction but it didn’t impact us directly. Beautifully furnished with a comfy arm chair, handsome sleigh bed, and two capacious dressers. There is a table and chairs and a lounger on the deck. Great food truck a block down the main drag - Mom’s. Great for homemade breakfast egg and sausage biscuits

The place was really comfortable. The house was perfect. It is attached to the main house, but we never heard a sound from the other guests. One thing to note - if you have a dog, they cannot be left alone in the yard due to the fence being temporarily messed up. We had a small dog, so we wouldn't leave her alone anyway. And we were able to move the lanai furniture around to block the screen door, which didn't latch. Otherwise, it was lovely, the hot tub was nice. The back yard was private and comfortable. My favorite was relaxing on the lanai listening to the mocking birds and watching the butterflies. We didn't walk to the beach, but it is very close and there are two bikes to use, along with a beach umbrella and chairs.

Our place was amazing!! Kate was extremely responsive! We needed to have some important documents mailed to the house and she was so helpful!! The 2 bedroom apartment was very sunny and privately located on the second floor. It was very sweet, nicely furnished and extremely well located. The kitchen was brand new and spotless! We were two blocks to the beach in one direction and two blocks to restaurants and shops in the other. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every moment! We would absolutely stay in one of Kate’s rentals again!!! Highly recommend!

Amazing place with amazing host

The home was exactly what you needed it to be. Clean, cozy and the furniture was very appealing.

We were disserviced by another location and at 10:00 pm hadto finf another location. We booked with Nicky, she was highly responsive, property was very clean and nice. It was a great stay, in a good location.

We had a great stay. Casey was quick to respond to any inquiries. The location, ease of use, amenities provided in the condo, cleanliness, quality towels, and bed/linens all made for a wonderful stay. Sipping coffee on the porch overlooking the pond, listening to the fountains, etc. made for a wonderful start to the day. The pool is very nice and the people very friendly. There are plenty of amenities to provide lots of fun-bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole, pool, tennis, pickleball,golf, etc. This is a great place to stay! We will definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

Great place for two people to stay. The pool was convenient and never too busy. Easy check in and check out procedures. We had a great time in Marco Island.

We had a great stay here. Lauren weave clear easy instructions for everything we needed. Great view from the lanai for morning coffee and since it’s on the 5th floor you can see amazing sunsets out the front door. I would stay here again for sure!

We couldn’t have been happier staying at Rossana’s condo! The view was unmatched and literally the first thing you see when you walk in! The beach is literally steps away! The condo is exactly as described, bed was comfy, and she had everything we needed. She and Steve were very responsive and friendly when we had a tv issue due to a cord not plugged in all the way. The matter was taken care of immediately and other than that there was no issue whatsoever. The place was super clean too! We would absolutely stay again if we come back to Marco Beach!!!

Great unit in a great location - I'd rent again in a heartbeat.
