Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Alan was a great host. Very responsive. The furniture was great. Especially for a guy with a bad back. Clean, peaceful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful resort. Workout facility was excellent. We will be coming back.

We loved everything about our stay at Josh’s place, unit I152. And Josh was an amazing host with great communication. The condo unit itself was great and delivered on all promises of comfort detailed in the listing. Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, and convenient WiFi and tv. And loved the screened in patio with views of the pond and palm trees. We felt like at home from the second we rolled in. The Park Shore Resort property was also a great experience and we took advantage of all of it . . . Amazing resort style pool, onsite restaurant, gym, patio area with grills, and pickleball & tennis. And when we did decide to leave the property, there was easy access to amazing shopping, restaurants, and beaches anywhere from walking distance to short Uber ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Park Shore Resort unit I152 and highly recommend staying here or any other property hosted by Josh.

This was our favorite stop on our trip. We wish we had booked more days. Bobby is very easy to work with. The space is beautiful but the rooftop deck is spectacular. The view is amazing. You can hear the live music and waves at night. We will be back!

Fantastic stay! House is very nice and clean. Bathrooms are extremely nice. Backyard is incredible. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful! Was perfect for a group of five of us - could’ve easily accommodated another person. We had a family of four, with two boys, five and eight, as well a grandparent with us for the entire trip. I know it might sound very cliché - but the photos really don’t do this property justice! The moment we open the front door you could see the ocean through the living room and dining room out through the pool area, and we immediately felt a sense of relaxation and peace. Our family ended up spending hours and hours on and off in the pool and out on the dock throughout each day. We ended up using the pool area and dock area a lot more than we had initially planned. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We didn’t have a single complaint from anybody that used the beds and a pull out one of the nights. The attention to detail in each of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen were amazing. We’d absolutely rent this again!!

Lisa's Cape Coral home is beautiful and offers all of the needed amenities. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple couples or families or travelling in a large group as it is very spacious. I love the outdoor space featuring the large pool under the screened in lanai. Another nice feature is the deck along the canal that offers a nice view of the water. Lisa has thought of every possible detail so that her guests can focus on having fun and relaxing. In the event that you do need to reach out to Lisa, she is timely in her responses and attentive to your needs. I enjoyed the morning visits from our beautiful friend - a black duck with red hair that looks like a combination of a duck and rooster. There is no better host than Lisa. I was sad to leave and look forward to the time we can return to our home away from home.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning landscape—lush tropical greenery, swaying palms, and a peaceful water view that made every morning feel like a dream. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. Every room is stylishly decorated with antique high-end touches that still manage to feel cozy and inviting. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail—from the plush furnishings to the vibrant artwork and elegant lighting. We spent our days lounging by the crystal-clear pool and our evenings by the fire pit, watching the sun set over the lake. Whether we were sipping coffee on the patio or enjoying a relaxing swim, every moment here felt like pure bliss. We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

We have stayed at several ABnB’s and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The entire house was very clean and exactly as described. We loved sitting on the screened porch and watching manatees and dolphins swim by. We rented a boat and kept it at the private dock. So nice being able to go out and enjoy the area. There are several local restaurants nearby, within 2 miles, that serve fresh seafood that are really good. This house and location was perfect for us to explore the area. I highly recommend this home.

Look no further if you are looking for a relaxing home with all the amenities! The 4 bedrooms all have king beds with comfortable mattresses and linens. The bathrooms are clean with tons of towels for baths and pool use. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, dishware, and silverware. The spices and items left over by previous guests are numerous and appreciated. We used the spa nightly and heated the pool one day and never went over our electricity allotment. The outdoor seating is comfortable and the couch out of the sun is great! The propane grill is clean. The centrally located pool table was used daily and an added bonus! Eliz was very responsive to questions. The canal view is amazing and our family of 5 had the BEST time and wanted for nothing! Thanks, Eliz, for a great property to make great family memories!

The house was perfect for us two couples, pool was amazing! Holly was quick to respond with questions we had. We had a great week at this house.

Our stay was fantastic. This was our first plane trip with our 5 month old and we are so happy with how everything turned out. I requested the crib that is advertised on the listing and it was a beautiful crib, not a pack and play. Our little guy enjoyed himself and slept well, as did we. Everyone at the association is very friendly and social. Walking distance to the historic downtown was such a plus - it is very charming and was much more our speed than the more “built up” parts we visited. The screened in balcony was a great spot to unwind, relax and take in the views. My only advice is to secure a guest pass for parking (hangs on car rearview), as there is security who said we were lucky we weren’t ticketed/towed the first night (we checked in late, around 9pm & the office was closed). All in all, I would say this condo is well worth the money and we would gladly stay here again - we had a lovely experience.

Everything Hoot described was perfect. he personally reached out to us prior to check in and also checked in with us throughout the day. He was fantastic and very flexible. The place is exactly as described and I would not hesitate to rent from him again. He is a class act through and through. The kitchen was stocked with leftover amenities from other guests, which made it easy. I would recommend not going to the store unless you absolutely need to get something until you see what is there to use. Thank you to all the previous renters for sharing their goodies that were not needed at the end of their stay. Excellent Host!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

Allison, our host, was there with us every step of the way. She answered questions in a timely manner; our recommendation for Allison is without hesitation. The unit was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

We had a wonderful vacation. Bill and Kelly’s place was very nice. Perfect for two people. Breath taking view of the Marco River. Loved watching all the boats go by. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a day at the beach, or even cooking if we chose to do so. We will definitely come back to Marco and would love to stay here again.

Everything was just as described. Mark was quick to reply to questions.

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
