Marco Island : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Our stay at Canal & Sunset Views was FIRST RATE all the way! The hosts responded clearly and quickly and even implemented safety grab bars and a shower transfer chair for our adult wheelchair bound son's 50th Birthday Vacation. They responded to our many inquiries and requests and made the entire stay PHENOMENAL! We loved having so much space to play games, watch movies, cook meals and we really enjoyed the large efficient kitchen & pantry areas. The screened lanai area was huge with lovely peaceful views of the canal and sunsets making the BnB aptly named. Having a large new grill is another great plus. The entire home was newly and beautifully furnished; the space is cozy, the beds are comfortable and best of all everything was IMMACULTELY CLEAN! Having a washer & dryer with all the soaps provided was very convenient and the huge master suite with double shower & closet it's own entrance to the lanai was PERFECT! Can't wait to stay there again!!

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip and had the most amazing time! The house & yard was spotless. The host was very responsive and was able to answer any questions we had about the property while we were there and leading up to It. We would definitely come back here for another stay in Naples, this place felt right at home!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en esta casa, y la tercera con Marc y Anne como anfitriones. Ellos son ¡geniales! La casa es completísima, prolija, hay toallas de sobra y la cocina es un 10. Recomiendo abrir las ventanas, y permitir que el sol entre. Es una casa súper luminosa. El patio es, siempre, nuestro lugar de encuentro: entre la pileta y asados. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la secadora, y Marc fue absolutamente expeditivo, atento y servicial. El clima no ayudó, pero -igualmente- pasamos unos días FANTÁSTICOS. La casa cuenta con bicicletas, que disfrutamos dando vueltas por el barrio que es precioso. Gracias por recibirnos una vez más. Realmente cuidamos y sentimos su casa como propia. Porque así nos hacen sentir bien, super bien recibidos. GRACIAS POR TODO ❤️

We spent two weeks at this property. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and lanai which is surrounded by local wildlife and birds. A very peaceful spot. There were plenty of chairs, pool floats, etc available to use at the beach. The beach requires a drive. So having a portable pushcart to tote all the beach gear was very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The location was central to restaurants. Since our visit was during high season the island is very busy. It was our first visit to the area. Felix’s place is a lovely home.

This place was everything we expected! Great layout, very clean, awesome backyard! We had an issue with the refrigerator and it was handled immediately! Sandra the property manager took care of a few minor things right away and was always very courteous. The smallest issue was worrying about using too much power. Your allowed $50 per week and so we did not heat the pool as much so we couldn’t spend as much time as we would have liked since we were always worrying about going over the allotted amount. But otherwise I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was as described and pictured ! Loved having the boat as construction getting around by car was crazy ! But got to go to my favorite restraunt in st James by boat and didn’t cost a fortune renting one like usual ! Will definitely stay again . Loved the snacks and drinks especially since we got in late , didn’t have to go get coffee and everything for morning . Beautiful house and views , sunrise and sunset ! Thank you

Accurate description. Would stay again

Very nice little place to stay. Perfect for me and my pup. The fenced in yard was great!! Very clean and orderly. The bed was comfy and had all the listed amenities. It was cool at night 65 degrees or less so the temp was fine in the stay but there is no temperature control in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but no AC or heat control. Just be aware of this if you book but I was never uncomfortable. The area was very peaceful in a neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I absolutely agree that Estella's place was the best place we ever stayed. She makes you feel right at home and had milk, water, juice, coffee, snacks, bagels, and more. She truly goes above and beyond as a host. It was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed the heated private pool, beach equipment and her lovely property. The brand new California king bed was dreamy.. we wish we could have brought it home. lol We will definitely be visiting again, hopefully for longer than 4 days. Thank you for everything you do and for the lovely conversations.

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

Der Aufenthalt Jeanne und Robert war großartig. Das Haus und der Pool sind fantastisch und man kann prima Sonnenuntergänge vom Pool aus sehen. Wir haben uns bei den beiden sehr wohl gefühlt, es stand alles zur Verfügung und wir haben die besten Cookies von Jeanne gegessen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

Had a very comfortable 5 nights stay. Great location for getting around Naples. Enjoyed chatting with Heather and Jesse who looked after us well, and made some local recommendations. Loved Naples Botanics, which was close by. Liked seeing all the glitz and glamour downtown. Enjoyed Captain and Krewe on our last night. Appreciated the guest fridge space and the ability to prepare our own food.

Mary Ann and her husband are absolutely delightful hosts! Everything about my stay was easy and carefree!

Casa muy bonita, Heather y Jess son muy amables, los perritos son divinos. El vecindario es muy seguro, muy tranquilo y bonito. El pan del desayuno es super rico, el mejor! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles. En el jardín tienen un conejo y un pavo real que son geniales. Fue un placer estar en la casa. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.
