I stayed about 8 days and it was amazing! Deena is the best host. She responds quickly to questions or concerns. This home has everything you need and more. There were plenty of sheets, plenty of towels including pool towels. Plenty of pots and pans. The family enjoyed the pool. We had a group of five and we were very comfortable. I was happy that this place is dog friendly. I highly recommend this and I’m definitely returning.

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

We stayed during spring break with a family of 7. Was a great layout especially if you have a larger family or group. The master bedroom is on its own side of the house which is great if you have kids. The neighborhood was peaceful and the home was clean.

We had a great time. The house and yard were perfect for us and our two pets. The neighbors were nice, and the location was peaceful. Fabian was very responsive to our needs. We had great weather and especially enjoyed the sunshine and warmth. The location is very good. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The traffic is heavy but manageable. Four Mike Cove Eco Park is about one mile away and has a great boardwalk that is perfect for walking. It does not, however, allow pets. There is a lot to do in the area. It is extremely accessible to Ft. Myers since it is very close to the Veterans Parkway mid-point bridge. It was a great place for us to spend a month.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Our house had some issues and we needed to find a place for a week. Sea star stepped up and helped us out. The house is amazing. It had everything one would need to live very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beautifully appointed furnishings. When you need a getaway. This is the place to book.

We loved staying at Elle’s house!!! The pool and the park was ideal for my kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was so peaceful but yet only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and wished we would have stayed longer. Ele was very friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and she came promptly to deal with it. The double beds were a little soft to our taste but other than that we had a great experience. Thank you Ele!

Everything about the place was accurate. Beautiful and clean home with a big yard and pool. The family and furry kids enjoyed the entire weekend. Christy was always responsive to any questions I had. The only thing I missed was tv’s on the other bedrooms. Overall I recommend this home.

The home is beautiful and spacious. We had 5 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs and we had plenty of room. The home has tile throughout which was great, it kept the place cool and it was easy to clean. The pool was amazing, my grandson didn't want to get out at the end of the day. There is a nice playground a couple of blocks away, it is walkable, about 15 minutes. There is a Sam's Club, Walmart, Publix and Target all within a 7 minute drive. I can't wait to visit again, thank you Jennifer for sharing your home.

This was our second stay at Kelly’s place. The house is comfortable, clean and well organized with labels for linens, lights and tv remotes. Clear information and instructions are provided. We travel with our dog and we appreciate that the property is dog-friendly with the fenced in yard, dog dishes and bedding. From dishes to toys, the property is family-friendly as well. Kelly responds quickly and communicates well. We hope to stay here again when visiting Cape Coral.

We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

We absolutely loved Dara’s place! It was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was great, we got to relax in the gated and private backyard. The place was very spacious and lovely, and most importantly very clean. We felt right at home! There was lots to do in the area, Dara’s recommendations were great, and there were a few groceries in the area to get what we needed when we arrived (you can also get the fridge pre-stocked before your arrival which we chose not to do but is helpful!). When we arrived there was a lovely note with water and snacks! Dara was very communicative, we would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Paul’s home was perfect for our family’s stay! My daughter loved the pool! She jumped right in upon arrival! The house was clean and orderly and very comfortable! Easy to find and a short drive to the lovely Marco Island beach! Very lovely for a nice disconnect from the everyday routine!

Beautiful place and spotless! The outdoor area was amazing. We didn't venture out very much because the property had everything we needed to relax. Publix was only 4 mins away to grab groceries. Sanibel was about a half hour as well as ft myers beach. Beds all very comfortable, our teenage son slept on the Murphy bed and said it was great. nice heated pool, fishing from the dock, quiet neighborhood. we took walks and felt very safe. could use a few more things in the kitchen like rubber scraper, pizza cutter, cooking pans for oven, pool towels and kitchen towels. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Our stay at Crown Pointe met or exceeded all expectations. It started with a welcome book with detailed instructions. The inside of the home was very spacious and very clean. As an, example the inside of the refrigerator looked brand new! The pool was large and the chairs and table surrounding it were used for meals every day. We have stayed at other Airbnb's before and this one was by far the most equipped with nearly everything we needed: plates, glasses and cups, pans, utensils, bowels, towels, beach equipment, many TV's, etc. The Community Center about four blocks away with an exercise room was used many times as was the Pickleball courts. The location provided easy access to beaches, restaurants, Downtown Naples, stores, etc. Highly recommend.

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s house. I would recommend it to anyone considering this area! I was surprised at how well stocked everything was! We had everything we needed! She was helpful and responsive every time i spoke to her! We had a lot of fun on the covered porch and we even got to interact with some of the horses on the property. There was a lot of great shade with all the mature trees and my son enjoyed the ducks at the pond and just having a lot of space to run around. I have nothing but great things to stay about our trip. We will be back next year! Thanks again Carla!

Marcela's place was perfect for our annual family trip. It was the perfect location that we needed to be between family and the Hyatt. Everything was clean and well organized. Marcela was very quick to respond with questions and advice. We would love to stay here again next year!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Florida home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house. The open living areas were perfect for our group, and the decor gave the home such a warm, welcoming vibe. The highlight of our stay was definitely the backyard! It was private, well-maintained, and the pool was the perfect temperature to relax in during the hot Florida days. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, and most of our evenings enjoying the cool temperatures with the outside furniture and TV! The outdoor space is ideal for both fun and relaxation, with plenty of seating and shade areas. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, this property exceed our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Florida vacation home with a fantastic pool!

Took a family girls’ trip over Spring break that was in a central area for the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean, mostly peaceful, accommodating and the hosts were so kind and friendly! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend - The home was just as listed and the host were very responsive and kind. When Kim found out the coffee pot wasn’t working she sent a new one over immediately along with a complimentary tin of her favorite coffee. The entire house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and had quality appliances and furnishings throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable and extra linens and blankets were available. I look forward to staying again in the future.
