Absolutely loved our stay in Naples. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was top-notch—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable spot in Naples.

We had great time staying in Maylink's Casa de Palmeras. This was the nicest place we've stayed in our several years using Airbnb. The heated pool and spa were just what we were hoping they would be. And since they were screened, we could leave the wall of sliding doors open between inside and out. The home was nearly new and exceptionally clean. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, we had room to spread out. We enjoyed being outside and watching the boats go up and down the canal. Nice quiet neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home. We hope to reserve this home again sometime in the future.

We had such an amazing stay at Marie’s house. The house was wonderfully stocked, comfortable and clean.

Wonderful house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. House is spacious, with comfortable beds and couches throughout. Lots of games and toys for kids, including the ping pong table and equipment. Tons of closet space and drawer/cabinet spaces for storage. Lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Beautiful kitchen. Backyard and pool area very nice, with peaceful view of lake behind the house. Relaxing pool and lounge outdoor lounge area. Great wifi and lots of outlets everywhere. Great communication with hosts throughout. We would love to come back to this home.

Viktoria and Vadims place was amazing. We were able to rent 2 of there places next to each other and it accomodated our large Group. We had a Group of 14 Adults that were in Florida for work and a little fishing. We were able to fit everybody and cook and relax during our down time. When back in that area we will 100% be reaching out to Viktoria and Vadim to see if there place is available before we look anywhere else.

This is our second stay at Dream Villa. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, hot tub and grilling. The home is beautiful and has everything we need to enjoy our family!

Edward’s house on Marco Island exceeded expectations. I’ve been to many Airbnb‘s and his place was top-notch! I can’t say enough about this property. Close to everything, five minutes to the beach and Edward was a great super host! Can’t wait to book again!!

We loved our stay! Everything was great! Home was just as pictured, beds were comfortable, had everything we needed and more (we sadly did not use the bikes, but were able to save money by not having to rent beach chairs and umbrellas as the home had plenty!) The pool was perfect! We wouldn't change a thing!

We had the most amazing stay at Olja’s house to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook and enjoy meals together, and the outdoor area was a wonderful place to unwind. C’était notre 7 e fois en Floride en Air B N B et le fait d’être situer à l’entrée du Golf nous permettais de voir des dauphins sur le bord du quaie. De plus en bateau c’est moins de 30 minutes de la plage de Sanibel ou Fort Myers . Je recommande fortement.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, toll ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für seinen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht schnell alle tollen Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Strände sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen und im Haus ist alles für den Strand vorhanden. Der Steg am Kanal ist ganz toll. Dort kann man den Tag wunderschön ausklingen lassen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Didier hat gleich nachgefragt ob alles okay ist und wir alles gefunden haben. Der Kontakt war super nett. Einziger Nachteil war für uns, dass es im Masterbedroom keine Tür zum Bad gab. Ist ein bisschen ungewohnt, aber bei drei Badezimmern hat meine seine Privatsphäre gefunden. ;-) Dafür ist der Pool im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Häusern sehr groß und schön warm durch die Solarthermie. Toll!

Owners were very responsive. The place was spotless and very nicely appointed. We were very pleased with the heated pool and enjoyed our coffees watching the sun rise over the golf course. Quiet area. Very nice place to stay, owners went the extra mile to make sure the place was comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

Great place right at the crux of Sanibel/Fort Myers beach. Excellent amenities and ample room for a large family. Views of the pond with fountain from the pool are a plus! Would absolutely recommend this spot!
