One of the most beautiful places I have been to !! The apartment is truly amazing, quiet, in a beautiful street , quiet and nearby the centre! Honestly I loved it. The house keeper is a really polite person and provided many information. I really appreciate her for the opportunity to stay in there during my time to Baku ❤️

I did not meet Azer in person but he responded to every request. His instructions to access the apartment was very clear. Azeri’s place is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Baku and there are shops and restaurants within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The metro is a bit far and takes about 15 minutes to walk and is called Ganjlik metro and is called to a large mall called Ganjlik Mall. Bolt taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. For some reason Google Map does not show Azeri’s place but in the Bolt taxi app it’s not an issue. Azeri’s place is value for money with two huge en-suite bedrooms and is well heated as well as air conditioned. The floors of the bathrooms are also heated. The living, dining and kitchen space is also very big. The master bedroom opens to balcony and the room size is like a small apartment. Azer is a nice and honest guy and did not increase the rent of his place during COP 29 in Baku when prices quadrupled in many Airbnb places.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for five days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and a balcony with Nizami Street view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which made cooking very convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the host, Elyar. He was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Elyar goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable—whether it’s answering questions or helping out with any special requests & off course free pick up & drop from the airport. His hospitality really made this trip memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Baku.

Gerçekten çok iyi bir ev sahibiyle karşılaştım. Eğer yeniden Azerbaycan’a gidersem, kesinlikle aynı evde kalırım. Evin konumu olağanüstü; hem güvenli hem de çok sakin bir bölgede yer alıyor. Firuza’s place perfectly matched with our needs and expectations. As a host she was very kind, responsive and helpful. The place is perfectly located in the city center, so it’s actually in walking distance to all remarkable places: the old city Icherisheher, the sea side promenade, which is just at hand, public transport to all directions. This fact saves your precious time from traffic jams, which are very typical for Baku. One of the two bedrooms in the apartment and the kitchen are facing the charming inner yard which makes your stay at home very calm. This yard is also a good place to park a car if needed. The other bedroom faces the 28 May street which is very busy and noisy during the day, but the window, while closed isolates the noise very well, and this bedroom along with the living room are facing the very beautiful German Church. I highly recommend Firuza’s place.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The host was kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
