The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

The house was newly constructed, everything was new, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect—right on the main road with easy access to the beach and close to the market, which made everything very convenient. The host, Emil, was a genuinely good and welcoming person—very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

Gunel is a fabulous host!!! I recommend staying here not just because the location is amazing and apartment is beautiful but because of Gunnel. She goes the extra mile to ensure that the guests are always comfortable and she is very helpful. She responds immediately and helped us plan our local day tours and inter city tours too. We were given a free airport pick up and were taken to an amazing place to enjoy local cuisine. Throughout the trip she was available to answer all my queries and is very supportive. I wish many success to Gunnel and hope she manages many more properties so every guest has a spectacular stay like us. Thank you so much Gunnel

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Hatem is one of the most hospitable and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered. His communication is fast, and he’s always ready to help with anything we need. The apartments are spotless, comfortable, and located in a great area. Throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. If you’re looking for an excellent accommodation experience in Baku, I highly recommend Hatem’s places. We will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for five days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and a balcony with Nizami Street view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which made cooking very convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the host, Elyar. He was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Elyar goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable—whether it’s answering questions or helping out with any special requests & off course free pick up & drop from the airport. His hospitality really made this trip memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Baku.

Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

We are very thankful and grateful to have and choose this apartment and host Mr. Huseyn. We had a best host so far as travellers because Mr. Huseyn allowed us to checked in early and checked out late since out flight get delayed for 2 hours more, he allowed us to stay until 5pm and yet after knowing our flights delayed he adjusted again and allow us to stay until 7PM. Also the whole apartment is clean and comfortable to stay, he also responsible and responsive host that will reply and help you when you chat him. thank you so much Mr. Huseyn for letting us stayed with lots of peace of mind and wonderful experienced here in Baku, Azerbaijan.
