We all travel a lot and have stayed in some amazing places throughout the world. Kevin’s place and Kevin himself were absolutely at the top of our experiences. We have never received such welcoming and accommodating hospitality as well as so many amenities provided in the home for us. The place is simply phenomenal inside - out . The salt water swimming pool is amazing. All the decorations in the home were amazing… the home itself was extraordinary. The neighbourhood as quiet as it could ever have been, there are joyful dogs and cats that will play around the property and on the beach and be your friends. There is a beautiful bar right next door (~50m) with great service and great drinks. The house has everything you need. All in all it is a dream Airbnb.

If you’re looking for a quiet beach and a romantic sunset right at your doorstep, this the right spot. Our 3-nights stay was a delight, as Anna & Courtney’s place is very pleasant, clean, spacious and seemingly new. We particularly liked the fact that there’s plenty of thought-through space to store luggage and other travel items. The kitchen is sporting basic cooking amenities along with a large fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. Anna & Courtney were absolutely guest-friendly and addressed all our enquiries within the hour, though we haven’t expected as much, and even accommodated electronic leaflets to facilitate our stay. The only drawback is the traffic you can hear during daytime and in the evening. Though there’s a supermarket and enough street food vendors within walking distance, I’d recommend a vehicle shall you wish to reach the nearby city and / or explore the island. All in all, I fully recommend this place and would come back again!

We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! :) We had a truly wonderful time at this villa! It’s without a doubt a special place, especially with that incredible view. Dave and his wife, Nueng, are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home. Dave provides all the helpful information you need before and during your stay and is very responsive. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy being hosts. The airport pick-up is a fantastic convenience, with an easy check-in and a quick tour to get you settled. The villa was spotless and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location and views are fantastic! The tranquility, birds singing, and the infinity pool with a coconut cocktail—all to yourself! There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, but we opted for takeout(from Baanlamom Thaifood restaurant) and enjoyed the villa’s view.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in wunderschönem Garten! Aufenthalt war super. Alles praktisch zu Fuss erreichbar (Strand, Restaurantes…)

nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans le.logement R1. les instructions transmises sont claires. le logement est très bien équipé et propre. malheureusement le début de notre sejour a commencé sous la pluie et sarah nous a envoyé quelques adresses pour profiter de koh samui différemment. beaucoup de choses sont accessibles avec un peu de marche mais le mieux est de louer un scooter pour profiter pleinement de l’île. je recommande ce logement qui est de qualité.

Christina's place is a true gem, and she is a great host. Always was very quick to respond to our questions. The apartment looks really great, and is really spacious, has everything you might need, and the internet is fast. The place was very clean also. You're gonna need a bike to move around, but that wasn't an issue for us. Definitely recommend this apartment, for longer stays also!

I had an excellent stay on Koh Samui at Nautilus. The condo is fairly new, in excellent condition, the location is decent with multiple food options nearby and the wifi is fast enough for remote work.

Très belle villa, très confortable, magnifique piscine. Environnement calme et un peu retiré. Espace extérieur très agréable. Conciergerie toujours très réactive pour pallier à des petits soucis techniques qui ont été résolus. Le fait de régler l’eau et l’électricité permet de responsabiliser chacun sur sa consommation et au final pour 9 jours nous avons réglé en plus moins de 50€. Garage très pratique. Une machine à laver aurait été appréciée, mais une laverie est dispo à 300m. Je recommande cette villa.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Willa wyglądała pięknie, była przestrzenna i funkcjonalna. Kontakt z gospodarzami świetny, był bardzo respondent. W willi brakowało kilku dla nas istotnych przedmiotów, ale po kontakcie gospodarz od razu uzupełnił braki. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie również przebiegło pomyślnie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce jeśli chcecie spędzić przyjemny czas na Koh Samui ❤️
