Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

It was amazing had an amazing time and was an extremely easy process would recommend to anyone interested because you will not regret it. Was a very clean and tidy place and for the price it was very good.

Angela and Ed’s house is absolutely fantastic. Everything you could want for a relaxing break. Beautiful views across the green to the sea. Quiet with beautiful light throughout. Comfortable and full of great details. Angela was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend more.

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

Lovely cosy cottage right in the heart of Deal. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and a lovely bath. Janey was very responsive and quickly helped with any queries. Would highly recommend!

One of the warmest, most welcoming Airbnbs we have stayed in. Added to the fact that it sits in a small village with a local pub and within a 5 minute walk of Stodmarsh Nature Reserve our holiday was complete. As we were visiting family on the East Kent coast we only visited Deal and explored the Nature Reserve but we could easily have had 2 weeks here and still not run out of things to do. The cottage was wonderful to come back to as the evenings grew colder and the log burner was brilliant - and easy to light! Thank you Rachel and Stuart for the little extras you left.

Have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years but this was unquestionably a stand-out. Maybe even the best ever. It’s a beautiful house, in a beautiful location. And above all it feels instantly like a home. So many of even the best AirBnBs feel a little sterile. This house feels alive, and full of personal touches. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.

Everything was great, from the apartment which is exactly as it is depicted in the photos to the location and Daniel himself! He was very accommodating and helpful, including allowing us to extend our stay and sorting out a minor heating issue very promptly.

Séjour plus que parfait! Cécile est d’une gentillesse et d’une sympathie fort agréable. Répond rapidement aux messages et prend le temps de bien tout expliquer. L’appartement, très bien situé, est très propre, accueillant. Décoration charmante. Un cocon paisible. Vous y retrouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La literie est top! Accès à pied à la place où vous trouverez tout pour vous régaler et/ou vous désaltérer . Bref, n’hésitez pas une seconde! Nous, c’est certain nous y reviendrons 😉

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Debi has the perfect place for a get away from the city. What made it even more perfect is it is a dog friendly place! It is spotless and tidy! We had a really great time and we hope to come back again! Her place is highly recommended for any one who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely walk from Whitstable/Tankerton Beach!

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

Anthony has an amazing Georgian house which is easily to get to from Sheerness train station The house is absolutely incredible and feels like you are stepping back in time.Anthony is very accommodating and is close by incase of any difficulties.

Peter and Janet's place is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Herne Bay - it's a lovely little apartment in a great central location minutes from the beach. The pictures didn't do justice to how nicely presented and spotlessly clean the place was, or how comfy the bed was! Peter was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated the cold drinks, wine and fruit provided, as well as all the clean towels, the toiletries, and the little Christmas touches - there was everything you need and more. We hope to return.

We've frequently stayed at Airbnbs, for work and holidays over the years. Simon's place was a cut above, it felt as though we were staying inside an amazingly generous historical home. And everything we wanted it was thoughtfully there, from a tray to the right drinking glass, knife, plate, cup, and access to their beautifully crafted garden - these simple things are often hard to find. What an exquisite apartment, and so quiet and safe with residents parking in the road. With their guide book, we found the most wonderful Microbar 'Hoptimist' where you step into a friendly unique world of craft beers and ciders. And we had the most delicious Indian takeaway from Cinnamon Island. What more could you want.

Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

I cannot recommend Vicki’s home enough! The space is even more beautiful than the photos, and with its own entrance it feels very private. An easy walk into town but far enough away from the hubbub to be beautifully relaxing. Vicki was an amazing host, with brilliant recommendations and a very friendly welcome. Thank you so much for hosting us, I’d recommend this room in an instant!

We had a peaceful and inspiring weekend in this beautiful space. I found the well chosen art and thriving plants therapeutic and it was difficult to leave the house sometimes! Particularly in the morning with light flooding through the large windows. The location couldn’t be better- just a short stroll into town and to the beach. The welcome pack was very sweet and there are plenty of staple ingredients in the kitchen if you are staying for longer and planning on cooking. It felt very special to live in such a well designed space and I doubt we will manage to stay anywhere as nice again!

Beautiful place, in such a pretty village, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by countryside. House was in wonderful condition, felt at home right away, so cosy. Loved the garden and the view of the house from there at sunset, and in the morning sunshine it was breathtaking. Really lovely hosts, always there to help, but also felt free to roam and had space to be alone too if you wanted. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, everything super clean. Great bathroom, with large walk in shower and bath with a nice view. One night stay felt far too short, will have to revisit one day and stay for longer. We drove 10-15 minutes to next town Elham for dinner at the King’s Arms, very cosy, great hospitality, delicious food. Lovely conversation with Peter after breakfast about travel and told us about other nice places to visit nearby. Really loved our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place. The hosts were incredible warm, friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The breakfast was excellent, the fresh fruit, homemade jams and full English were perfect. I couldn’t have hoped for better value for money, it’s a brilliant place to stay and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

This is my second time staying at Diane’s place and it’s absolutely lovely; great area, spacious house, it has everything we need. Diane has put great care into making the space welcoming with many touches including so breakfast items and many notes to help find items around the house. Looking forward to coming back.
