Fab location near Faith in Strangers and Northdown Rd. Lovely place to run. Top brunch places nearby and an easy walk to the Old Town and Harbour Arm. Angela was quick to respond to messages and check in couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I’m in Margate.

The house is a lovely, quirky place - both a balance of cool, interesting, charming and cosy. It's upside down, in a fun way; you walk straight into the bedroom with the kitchen/living room upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has more of an artistically minimalist feeling to it, whereas upstairs feels like a classic, cosy kitchen/living room. Cute little garden behind, which I'm sure is much better enjoyed in the summer than in winter, but was a nice addition nonetheless. It's just opposite the Turner Contemporary and the beach, and right near the coolest bars and restaurants in Margate. Really well located. Definitely get yourself booked in to Bottega Caruso for dinner, and they have a gorgeous wine bar next door! As for Jen, she was kind, attentive, flexible and helpful! She has a neighbour a few doors down that helps out when she's not around. I really appreciated my stay! :)

Just back from a wonderful weekend at Harveys beautiful apartment in Ramsgate, the apartment was pristine, looked exactly like the photos and was perfectly styled to a very high standard throughout and we loved using the very easy to light log burner for cosy evenings. You can see that a lot of effort and love has been invested. The property is a min walk to the beach which was perfect for the dogs, and a great base for seeing different places on the Kent Coastline. (Deal, Sandwich, Broadstairs etc.) My partner visited the Ramsgate Tunnels also just 1 min walk away. Harveys tourist guides were much appreciated. He was super helpful and responsive & friendly in his comms. We completely loved it and we would highly recommend it to friends. A very memorable weekend - thank you.

Had the most incredible stay. The host was fantastic. Very flexible, friendly and the property was beautiful. Had everything you need and more there. Very modern. Can’t wait to go back.

The basement flat was a lovely cosy place. Really close to all amenities and Jo was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a fantastic break. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

Esther place is a lovely base to enjoy a weekend in Deal. Beautifully arranged, it has everything you can wish for for an easy weekend. It has easy access to the beach and the town centre. We really enjoyed the food scene in Deal and long walks on the beach. Our favourites were The Rose, The Frog and Scot and the Pinardier were we had a lovely evening of wine and blues music.

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We stayed over the Christmas break as a family of 9, young children and grandparents. The house was decorated beautifully and very festive which added to the wonderful feel of the house. Everyone had a great stay, the house was well stocked and very kid friendly. Great to find a space for so many of us where everyone had a comfy room to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Galina’s. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Great location, in a nice rural setting but very easy access to Canterbury.

A lovely property in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the coast path / beach. Host was great checking in with us a few days before our arrival for check in details, and after our arrival to make sure all was okay. Clean accomodation with all cooking utensils and cutlery you would need - even get tea towels and washing up sponges which aren't provided in other lets. Plenty of hot water for all and a warm property. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

First floor flat, tastefully decorated and furnished with a sea view. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Great location for the harbour and town. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Lovely property & beautifully presented. A real pleasure to spend the weekend there. Everything ran smoothly with Nic from booking to checking out. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle but easy access to the more touristy places. Great walks directly from the property along the coast in each direction. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, boutique-style stay 😊

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Lovely flat with great views. Very clean. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The lovely hosts let us have a later checkout so we could leave our bags in the flat whilst we had a morning sauna and brunch. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend away. The property was spotless, cozy, and had everything and more that you could need. The attention to detail of what guests might need is on point. A beautiful bottle of fizz left chilling for us was a lovely gesture, even though we don’t drink 😘. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and family who want to escape the hustle and bustle of London. Even though it was cold, the walk along the beach was just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

A great flat right in the heart of Broadstairs, close to all the amenities. Great location with a view of the sea from the living room. Very comfortable and spacious throughout. It’s in a lovely location so for anyone who doesn’t like noise this might not be the place for you, but we loved it and would stay again.

Karen was an excellent host, clear communication from start to the end. Her place was fabulous, in great location and had everything you need. Fantastic garden, and so close to the seaside and local restaurants! Quick drive to many more attractions. Loved the place!
