The estate is safe and walkable although the mode of transport used by residents is a golf cart, which needs to be rented and not included with the property. Cleaning is also not included but we just booked the cleaning service as we needed

This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Very spacious inside with stunning full seaview together with a huge balcony where you can sit and dine whilst feeling the sea breeze. I will go back again anytime and the host is very friendly and helpful. Wow

We had such a wonderful experience at this place. The host engages very well and is always ready to assist. The caretaker was also very friendly and attentive. Not to mention the actual place ke, very clean and functional. It has everything that you might need during your stay and it is a very very beautiful place. This was the best accommodation I ever got from Airbnb. The host was super friendly and helpful very proactive. The place is huge, kids friendly, fully equipped, felt like home I was even tempted to extend our holiday. The place is exactly as it is in the pictures, very close to the shops, the sea view is breath taking, we are definitely coming back.

Second time we have stayed in Sergio’s Unit. And will definitely return. Love the place and area. 💕

What a great experience. If you're an early riser who enjoys a good sunrise, set your alarm clock and make your way out of bed to the balcony. I promise it's worth it. Among the best sunrises I've watched and filmed! AND, an absolute bonus on our final early morning on the balcony... Dolphins surfing in the waves, whales coming up for air, and even potential shark breaches in the background! Plus I must mention the wealth of nature sounds and bird life in view. Between Jared and Erika, they did a great job hosting us. Definitely visiting again in the near future.

This villa is nicer than advertised. The photos don't show that there is an exit from the patio to a small lawn beside the lagoon. (This makes such a difference for the kids to play) San Lameer check-in was quick and easy. Arriving at the villa, we were met by a beautiful welcome basket and a clean villa. Andrew is a wonderful host. Honestly, from making the booking, he made us feel welcome. All information was provided with regard to the villa and surroundings. We never needed to ask a question. There is a bit of maintenance needed here and there, but the villa is so well taken care of. Everything works and is clean. It's also close enough to walk to the beach, and we never needed a golf cart. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs provided lots of privacy for the family. We enjoyed the bird life and view of the lagoon. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The flat has beautiful sea views and the location is wonderful. The estate is pristine with lovely gardens and pools. There is a restaurant on the doorstep and a gorgeous beach across the road.

A pity that I did not get to use the apartment myself due to last minute plans on my end. Nonetheless, Sherita is very thoughtful and was easy to reach. She left clear instructions on how to access her place which I shared with my father. He had no complaints. Thank yoh Sherita. It was a busy weekend for the family but you bared with us.

Adele's place was a lovely quite place. We really enjoy our stay. It is very equipped with everything we needed. Wifi would have been a added bonus. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent you place.
