This was our 4th stay at Susan's cottage, we feel so at home there! We always travel by train and it’s easy to get around by foot bus or train once there. The cottage is very comfortable, equipped with all we could possibly need and more, the location is great, good shops and restaurants nearby. This time we went to ‘The Blue Pelican’ which was excellent. On one day we walked to the Zetland Arms in Kingsdown, beautiful walk and delicious food! Thank you so much Susan, we will keep returning!

Natasha’s place was lovely, perfect for our stay, a very well equipped kitchen which was very useful, although a small sharp knife might be good as my friends walking around with giant knives was terrifying 🤣 I stayed in the top room with the beach view, which I loved waking up too. The smaller bedroom was much bigger than I expected, easily big enough for two adults. There was quite a lot of noise from the bar opposite but ear plugs provided sorted the problem. Natasha herself was a delight to deal with and made staying as hers stress free, in my opinion she went above and beyond and we all really appreciated it. Thank you Natasha

Angela and Ed’s house is absolutely fantastic. Everything you could want for a relaxing break. Beautiful views across the green to the sea. Quiet with beautiful light throughout. Comfortable and full of great details. Angela was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend more.

We enjoyed a delightful winter break in Ruth’s house. There’s lots to do in Margate - good food & great walks etc. - and the house is very well located for accessing all the town has to offer. The house is full of character and has all that you need for a comfortable stay.

Lovely cosy cottage right in the heart of Deal. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and a lovely bath. Janey was very responsive and quickly helped with any queries. Would highly recommend!

This is the third time that I have stayed in this wonderful house. We love just how close it is to the beach and the high street whilst remaining a quiet and calm haven. We love the house, it has everything you could possibly want and need. We will be back!

We had a lovely weekend at this property. It had everything we needed and our children had a fantastic time and enjoyed to toys there. Lots to do in the surrounding area and Margate easy to get to. Nick was a great host.

We had an incredible stay at Bobby’s house in Kent! It was a fantastic experience, especially for the children with special needs we brought along—they absolutely loved it. The house was perfect for our group, and Bobby was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

The place was very nice and clean especially the bathroom it was spotless. Enjoyed the beach hut and it was literally 5 mins walk from the house. The kitchen was very spacious. We enjoyed cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Really great location walkable to everything in town. Beautifully presented and clean throughout, it was a wonderful place to stay. Showers were excellent. Sofa seating was slightly limited for us, as we have teenage children, but very comfortable otherwise. We very much enjoyed our visit.

We stayed at The Nook and had a great time. It’s a beautiful home, very well equipped and Catherine was a really helpful host. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We were lucky with the weather and had a lovely walk to the two beaches. Would recommend. Many thanks Catherine.

This house was absolutely amazing. It was spotlessly clean and had everything amd more for an enjoyable stay. Big digital tv's in every bedroom and a hairdryer in every bedroom. The rooms are really spacious and very homely. Emmy was so helpful and responded to my messages so quickly. The beach is a very short walk away so are the nice restaurants. Will definitely return.

Lovely house in a great location. Deceptively large with nice outside seating area. Walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants which are buzzing.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Even though it was a difficult visit for a funeral it meant we could relax and unwind when we got home. I would definitely return to Fiona’s place again. Thank you
