The house was spacious, stylish and practical with everything you need. The location is central, near to the beach and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is the third time our group has stayed here and it works absolutely perfectly for our needs!

We’ve just returned from a couple of days in Broadstairs and stayed at the Hideaway. Sally is a great host and the Hideaway is located perfectly for the beach, coastal walks, restaurants, ice cream parlours, amusements and mini golf. We took the dog on long beach walks and found Broadstairs to be very relaxed and friendly. The Hideaway is perfect for a mini break and is very comfortable and clean. We loved it and will be back another time. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home 😊

Kay was an excellent hostess. She has thought about everything a guest might need, and managed to fit it in within the limited space, without making it appear cramped. A cosy cabin, tastefully furnished, in a peaceful location with fabulous views. Private, but not remote, shops just a walk away...i might not brave the outside shower in the cold winter weather, but would definitely consider returning in the future.

Lovely stay at this bolthole during a few days away in Broadstairs. The place had everything we needed.

We had a lovely weekend at Ellie’s beautiful cottage! The cottage is in a great location, and Ellie was a very friendly, responsive, helpful host. I couldn’t recommend more!!

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

This place is even better in real life than the lovely pictures suggest. Location is great and the sunsets are unreal, wish we had booked longer. Great for kids. Will definitely come back.

What can I say, absolutely lovely weekend away, this was an incredible find and the location and stay was incredible, the pictures do not do the accommodation justice. Denise was amazing, so friendly and just what you need from a host. The holiday home was far better than a platinum stay, it was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and fresh, the bed was so comfy, the view from the living room watching the sunset was beautiful and it is a 5 min walk to the beach. Denise made us feel so welcome it was like home from home. My only negative was I had to go home, I cannot wait to go back and stay for longer, I would highly recommend this stay.

Great stay, the van was immaculate and the description was very accurate, location was good and very peaceful, very easy handover on arrival and departure so all in all a very nice weekend away, thank you Nadine

We had a lovely time away visiting family, site was lovely , location was great for visiting local towns. Daniel was helpful and the static was comfy and clean.

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

Such a beautiful place to stay. With amazing view of the sea. The accommodation was breathtaking and fun with their design. Perfect for a weekend away with the girls. Everything was in walking distance and easy to get to. Even thought there is no privet parking the local car park round the back is so close you don’t need to worry. Maria was the perfect host, so fast in her replies and gave us so many great suggestions for what to do in the area. Will definitely be going back again if I’m ever at that end of the uk again!

Lovely house in a great location. Deceptively large with nice outside seating area. Walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants which are buzzing.

Had a great stay at Herne bay, A fantastic sea view via the huge bay window in the lounge, we could’ve easily sat there all day watching the world go by! Very spacious property and nicely decorated. Perfect for our little family getaway!

Lisa's place is really well equipped, comfortable and homely. The communication throughout was very quick and helpful. Beach less than 5 minutes walk and we enjoyed the sea views from the kitchen and lounge. Would come back anytime. Thanks, Lisa!
