Great house to stay in for a family visit to Margate! A five minute walk from the old town. Very handy having a car park space too. Rooms are all spacious and comfortable with great dining area and cosy front room. Hosts were excellent communicators and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Beautifully decorated house. Everything you need in the kitchen. All the facilities you might need in a family home. Missy & Anthony provided plenty of clear information on the house and checking in & out. We had a great stay.

Perfect house in the perfect location for exploring the beach and what Broadstairs has to offer. Would higly recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Lovely stay at the Airbnb, the hosts were responsive and gave us an early check-in. Would have been nice to have proper directions, however, as it took a while to find the place. But overall, nice and cozy stay.

Beautiful home, perfect for groups with lots of space and en suite bathrooms in all but one of the bedrooms. We had an amazing couple of nights in this cosy, beautifully decorated cottage and would definitely come back. Lovely sun trap garden too!

a lovely stay. a five star experience. the road was noisy but that was expected as it was near the city centre, but the house itself felt secure. the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy, however the pillows were slightly thinner - I would recommend bringing your own if picky! The hosts were very responsive when the hot tub was not turned on correctly and were courteous and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed! it is a perfect base for exploring the city and the outdoor space is special considering the location! we loved the hot tub and the garden. thank you so much. for a good stay!

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved the house, felt right at home from day 1. Lovely decor, spotless and with extra little amenities. Our little one also loved it especially the garden. Craig and Imogen kindly extended check in and check out and were very responsive. Would definitely recommend for families

It was such a treat to stay in Amelia’s fabulous home and really made our trip to Margate. The flat was perfect for what we needed and finished beautifully. It’s even better than the photos and felt so peaceful whilst being so close to everything. Amelia was brilliant- communicative and flexible, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had the best time at Jess' wonderful flat. If you love interior design and want to stay in an eclectic, homey flat then this is the place for you. We loved using the sauna and the wood burner, and just generally felt very comfortable there with everything we needed. It was no more than a 30 minute walk to any of the things we wanted to do, with the highlight being the 30 second walk to the beach. It meant the location was lovely and peaceful, but close enough to the thick of it and business of the town. We had some difficulties getting the sauna to work, and Ryan and Jess responded very quickly so we could get it working. Jess also offered some fantastic recommendations of arty things to do on my request. 10/10 - we will be back!

I’ve been wanting to stay somewhere like this, a much-needed getaway to relax in nature, with a big window and a scenic view, and I found the perfect spot. Stayed for two nights and honestly didn’t want to return back to reality. It did get a bit cold at night, but starting my own fire in the fireplace was such a fun experience, and it didn’t take long to warm up the cabin. The host was super helpful and stayed in contact with quick replies. I took my pet rabbit, and she enjoyed herself too! Definitely looking forward to checking out the other cabins in different locations. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic one night break here. the Cabin was incredibly warm and cosy, and the temperature of the heating was adjustable and kept us happy throughout the evening. The amenities were perfect for what we needed, and the surroundings (a quiet but functioning fruit farm) was enjoyable to watch from inside the cabin. The grounds although closed to guests were available for us as guests to have a stroll around and they were even picturesque at the time of year we visited (February). We would absolutely visit again. Thanks for accomodating us

We had the most perfect stay in Anoushka’s heavenly cabin. The sauna, ice bath are an amazing addition and we loved spending our days visiting rye, beach walks and winter sea swims followed by warm bubble baths, sauna time & the ice bath and enjoyed time by the fire! It was perfect :) The only thing to note: it’s 3 king beds but no doors, beds are just separated by curtains. Was no issue for us as we were just a couple. Would be perfect for kids too. We loved our stay and will be back no question!!!

Very comfortable room with french windows looking over a lovely garden - lovely to sit on the decking there had the weather been more benign! Mary was very helpful and a perfect host.

We simply cannot love this place more! So many thoughtful touches, wide range of snacks, hot drinks and my son loved the marshmallows and hot chocolate! Love the new bathroom right next door. And despite staying when 3C outside we were really warm and cosy. Loved all the chickens, and going to collect eggs for breakfast. So peaceful, but so near so many great days out with the kids. Kids love the freedom of the huge garden. We are already planning our next visit!
