Jessica was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any questions. The place was better than advertised, pictures dont do the grounds justice. The outside area was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and hang out. Thank you for everything Jessica, we will be coming back.

Tercera vez que nos alojamos en esta casa. Es muy cómoda y amplia. Cerca de supermercados, shopping, restaurante. Ideal para venir con niños. Venimos siempre a ver a la familia, y los espacios que tiene la casa son ideales para compartir ya sea al interior o exterior. Vicente(el cuidador) muy amable y siempre con buena disposición para ayudar en lo que se necesite.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Paraguay und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und wir hatten dort alles, was wir brauchten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war zum Glück flexibel möglich, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Sergio verlief problemlos und schnell. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir können uns gut vorstellen nochmals zu kommen. Vielen Dank.

La Sra. Katy muy amable, se preocupa por que estés cómoda, muy amable. El lugar es muy lindo y limpio se siente cálido como si estuvieras en casa, me encantó el lugar y la amabilidad de la Sra. Katy. Recomendable 100 %. Ahhh y sus perritos son una buena compañía muy mimados.

La casa está muy bien cuidada, en un barrio muy tranquilo y consolidado, a paso de una de las Avenida más Transcurridas y que lleva directo a los 2 mejores centros comerciales (paseo la galería y shopping del sol) donde a parte de tener muchas tiendas, hay muy buenos restaurantes. Precio calidad excelente, me llevo una muy buena opinión de Enzo, excelente anfitrión del día 1 siempre respondiendo rápidamente, es una opción 100% recomendable y sin dudarlo volvería.

Excelente alojamiento para disfrutar en familia, cerca de todo y las instrucciones para llegar son claras. Recomendado.

It was a nice house. The owner is nice and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

El departamento es muy cómodo y se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y agradable, con buen clima. Tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar, comer, y descansar, además de agua tanto caliente como fría. El check-in fue súper rápido, a pesar de que ingresamos y salimos de madrugada del edificio. Como hacía un poco de frío no hicimos uso de la piscina en la terraza pero tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad, perfecta para conversar y disfrutar. Además de ello, Valentín es un excelente anfritrión; responde al segundo y siempre presto a ayudar y dialogar de sus experiencias en Paraguay, al igual que los porteros — sin dudas recomiendo esta ubicación!

I worked remotely from here for one month while exploring Asuncion. Overall, it was a good experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to the historic center. The building is a little older and the common areas could be maintained a little better (the front door especially was hard to unlock/open). It may have been bad luck, but there was one half day without electricity and one day where I had no water from 9-6 (plus a few brief 1-2 hour cuts to the water service). The unit has most of the basics for cooking very simple meals.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Olha recomendo a todos, cheguei no local, limpeza impecável, local seguro, com porteiro 24 horas, sempre atento e quem entra, muito bom para dormir calmo e muita árvore ao redor, ar condicionado perfeito, voltarei em breve...
