We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean and loved the backyard. Also loved having the park around the corner.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

The home is clean and located in a very lovely, safe area that is close to many restaurants and shopping choices. We felt very much at home and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Overall, we would stay there again! We encountered no issues during our stay and completely enjoyed our time there.

We very much enjoyed our time at Evelyn's place. It is a very quiet spot, and the pool and spa were lovely. The kichen is very well equipped with tons of plates, mugs, etc as well as a good stock of spices and other helpful items. The patio has a large covered area which we really appreciated as the weather was hot!

I have to say, Alyssa and Claire were amazing hosts. The place was great, spacious, like the app says, and clean. The pool was very inviting, and it came with all the floaty toys necessary for an enjoyable experience. The part that made our stay the best though was that Alyssa and Claire communicated exceptionally well with us. We had a flight faux pas at the beginning and they were helpful in making it work for all of us, they also helped accommodate us at the end of the trip as well. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. It’s well worth the money, and then some. We will stay here again

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

Wonderful place for our annual golfing trip and visit with friends. Amanda the property manager was awesome. Will definitely book again. 👍⛳️🏌🏻‍♂️

Very clean. Nice pool with hot tub. Enjoyed the nice sunset views and was able to bike and hike nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an AMAZING stay for my friends cozy bachelorette! The main highlights were definitely relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful kitchen, and the labels (literally the best thing ever!). We would highly recommend this home and hope to visit again in the future! :)

Great host and great home and community, very peaceful community and beautiful surroundings, I would move into this home if I could lol the host was nice and should great hospitality, the home was very clean and organized and had snacks and drinks for the guests, overall great place to stay if you are visiting AZ for any reason…. I will definitely be back

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

Really great hosts and place to stay at. Very comfy and hosts are very accommodating and had really clear communication. Really worth experience.

We rented Marta’s place for the week we had our first baby for all the grandparents to stay at. It was perfect! Everyone had their own space and felt right at home. The sofa in the living room is the most comfy thing ever! The master bed and bath were our favorite. Perfect for what we needed. She was super responsive and even reimbursed us for buying propane to grill with. Thanks for great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was clean and ready for us....even early, so we could check in early. The location was great and easy access to everything. The house was lovely and spacious. The backyard was a wonderful oasis to relax in. Neighbours were friendly and kind and the neighbourhood was great to walk in. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn't working and Lisa took care of it immediately, having a new dishwasher installed within days. Lisa was incredibly responsive to any of our inquiries within the same day. The support staff for the house, gardeners, pool maintenance and general maintenance were very good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

Our family had a wonderful time at their place. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Adults enjoyed barbeque, and having cocktails outside. Great location. Hope to stay there next year with family

Great location & has everything you could possibly need. I try to come out for spring training every year & will look here first.

Emilee’s place felt like a home away from home! It was so spacious, beautiful, pristine and cozy. My daughter loved the pretend food toys and her own little place to play! The pool was so clean and felt so private! I would definitely book her home again and highly recommend!!

We enjoyed staying in your home very much! There was more than enough space for 5 of us! We hope to return again! During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! Very easy to get to. Everything you need is close by. If you forgot anything , Melody has it for you. We were there for a month with two dogs and we enjoyed every minute. It was March so the unheated pool would deter most but we are from Canada so we got right in. We’ve stayed at other Air b/b for a month and always run out of paper towel /toilet paper etc the first week. Not here. They keep everything stocked up. Very attentive and kind hosts.
