Great stay! The outdoor shower got warm enough for a chilly morning shower. It’s a beautiful location. Great to stay in on a budget or if you just want to stay in the country of a city. The farm and all the critters were awesome. Critters did leave us alone! There was a cute farm stand that we stopped at and they had a variety of options. The little outdoor seating is great too! It was very private. A little island in the big city!

Cindy’s place was a beautifully located place, and was peaceful beyond words. Cindy greeted us, took us in a tour, and even gave us a little token of appreciation that we loved. The camper was clean and had everything you would need. Even the fridge had a few goodies. We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and peaceful. Thanks Cindy! We would most definitely recommend to others!

Had a great stay at Rio Rancho Verde! Carmela greeted us on arrival to the new RV which is near the edge of the ranch close to the friendly horses that are always ready for a visit. Morning coffee on the patio is very peaceful and evening sunset walks on the nearby trails are breathtaking. Gracie the ranch pup will stop by often to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Will definitely be back year to thaw out from the Midwest winter!

This is a perfect RV for a couple or single with a well behaved dog. It was bright, cheery, very well equipped and easy to work everything plus the hosts were great to communicate with! Highly recommend!

When you hear RV, you think it'll be cramped but quaint and minimalist. This RV felt spacious, like we were staying at a cute apartment. The interior was so comfortable, two of us could do our morning stretches in the living room area with ease. The set-up outside was perfect for us to eat our late dinner and star-gaze with minimal light pollution. This is definitely a place I can see us renting again.

Kristie was super friendly as was her sweet son. The location was quiet, safe and peaceful. We loved our horse neighbors. Thanks Kristie!

Kenneth was very fast at responding even before I fully booked his Airbnb and I had questions. Once checked in we had a question (mind you it’s was late coming from out of state) and immediately he wrote back. My husband and I were impressed. We had our older 3 kids with us ages 9-4yrs old and it was so spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Very quiet and comfortable. RV was well taken care of. We will stay again if available.

The trailer was as advertised and true ro the photos. Very clean and very small. Trailer was in the backyard of a home in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood. Lydia was a very responsive host.

Leah & Terry were so hospitable and the nicest people. Loved the air stream experience on the ranch with the horses, pony, and pups. Ashley was not on property but did communicate through airbnb messages when needed and responded within the day.

Great location and an interesting experience. Very peaceful, yet not as private as we would have expected.

The Cozy Cactus was the perfect place for my sister and I to enjoy. We felt very safe in the residential area which allowed us to fully relax as well. Had all the amenities you could want for an easy stay and we found ourselves looking forward to settling into this adorable tiny home after a long day of adventure. Ashley and Juan were both responsive and welcoming and it was such a treat getting to enjoy the sweet space they’ve made.

If you want to get out of the city and are open to a semi-camping but comfortable experience this place is perfect. It’s got the essentials, is unique and has plenty of nice touches. We were very happy with our stay and did not mind the dirt roads or trailer plumbing at all. We made it work and had a great experience!

The RV was a great place to stay. Christal and Jason are super friendly, personal, and accommodating. We had a great time visiting with them.

The absolutely best spot for you and your little family or big family. It’s exactly like the photos shown they have the full package equipped for you like all the hook up’s you need plus more! It’s like you’re in your own backyard vacationing you have your own porch and seating area to have a nice little fire and relax! As well have a nice big back grass area for your dog to run around. The fact that we did not get bothered at all from host just speaks for my stay right there. We felt so comfortable and at ease with our two month stay. Always made sure you can contact them for whatever you need or any questions, They had fast response. Very easy instructions you can not miss! We were so happy they had a gate to get in n out so it made the stay even more safer knowing we had our own little private space. Thank you again host!!
