The house was perfect. After a long day of hiking it was lovely to get home shower off and get into the hot tub. Hermant was the perfect host, kind, responsive, and the house was exactly as described.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to oldtown Scottsdale, grocery stores, and restaurants. Was with our family of four two adults and two adult kids, looking to catch up and relax, elderly folks nearby. Home was cozy with all amenities enjoyed the backyard with pool, hottub, elevated balcony with view of Camelback Mountain. Spatious interior with master, nice stocked kitchen etc. Enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood. Definitely felt at home and would love to visit again!

Ken and Karen’s place was very peaceful and relaxing. They were very responsive and understanding. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful people, wonderful host, great location. Thank you so much!

GREAT place! Host was very responsive. The home is bigger than it looks on the photos. Neighborhood is GREAT! Plenty of restaurants and nightlife in the area. I would defintely stay again.

Our third stay at Evelyn’s home. Perfect home for four guys to enjoy spring training baseball and the NASCAR race. Always clean and well stocked kitchen. Laundry facility is a plus. Pool and hot tub are a great feature also. Tip: pay to heat the pool; very relaxing. Will be planning to stay again.

Had a great stay and Iren’s instructions were clear so we didn’t have any questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pools were great since we were there in February when it was a little cooler outside. Definitely would stay here again!

What a perfect home for our 3-generation family reunion. The home was spacious, peaceful and spotless. The swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard were enjoyed by all. Amenities, shops and restaurants were available within a few miles. Thank you for hosting our family.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Perfect spot to stay while in town for spring training baseball. We enjoyed morning coffee (so grateful for the half & half in the frig!) in the backyard morning sun. Great kitchen & plenty of comfortable spots to relax in the house.

Victoria was a great host. She was quick to respond to all messages. The home was perfect for myself and three kids. We enjoyed the heated pool despite the cooler weather. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked with the essentials. We arrived late in the evening so the provided breakfast foods were a really nice touch. The house is in an ideal location with plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities all nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Charles was very helpful and had great recommendations. Had a good time walking around the area with our doggo!

This house did not disappoint! When it comes to picking a place to stay, I tend to worry about what we will end up with! However, this house was exactly what we were looking for. One that was in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There were well laid out instructions available and Kevin was very quick to answer any questions we came across. We will definitely be looking for this house again anytime we are back in the area!

The place was great! Lots of space and rooms in the home for our family of 5. The backyard was very spacious and relaxing. The outdoor cooking area was fantastic. James has a beautiful home, very peaceful and relaxing! Very quiet neighborhood with a golf course in your backyard. My favorite part was the backyard with the pool and the Bar! Would definitely stay there again!!

House was in a nice quiet neighborhood. She had a very good response time and even checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good. Kitchen was full of various cooking utensils and a nice welcome bottle of wine on the counter. The massage chair came in clutch for us since we were in town for a tournament. I would definitely recommend this house as a great place to stay and the host is amazing.

There were 7 adults, two babies, a toddler and a little dog in our group and the size of this listing exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room to visit all together and spacious rooms for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed plus good coffee and a great tea selection. Location was convenient to shopping and neighborhood was pretty quiet, especially considering how many cars were parked along the street. There was a little park in walking distance which our two year old granddaughter enjoyed! The pool is beautiful and even though it was too cold to swim, we loved sitting outside and enjoying the private and pretty back yard. We would love to come back and stay here if in the area again.

Gorgeous house perfect for a bachelorette. Very clean and great communication apart from perhaps excessive automated messages haha. A short uber drive to Old Town and other popular destinations.
