This was our second time staying at Karah’s place, and it is still one of our favorites in Phoenix - great neighborhood, great central location, clean, quiet, stylish. Karah is a wonderful host, too. We love this place and can only recommend it.

What a such a great place to spend a weekend, easy to drive there. The check in instructions so smooth to follow. Then, the street is closed so you feel your car is really safe in the night. 100% recommended

Wanted something near spring training. Found two great food spots nearby — Ethiopian and a terrific smoothie/light breakfast place.

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Best experience I’ve had so far!! I was sad to checkout and hope I have the opportunity to stay again. Melissa is a phenomenal host and gave us space while staying. Thank you :)

Thank you Jaime and your hubby! My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at your quaint, well decorated with vintage vibe cottage. All the additional products, snacks, drinks, teas, coffees and water available for us to use made our stay feel right at home. Jaime, is a phenomenal energy so wonderful meeting her and she even gave me a piece of her handcrafted earring which I love! Clean, cozy and convenient. Phil & Peggy’s casita is our favorite place to stay in the Valley.

Great place, convenient location, close to downtown and fast exit to the highway. This Air BnB has everything you would need if you would like to prepare a meal yourself or just walk to several nearby restaurants, if cooking isn't your thing. The little zen garden is awesome and I wish I had more time to spend there relaxing. Cindy and Greg are super nice hosts, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

I feel so blessed to have been able to sneak into this place for a 4 day online retreat. It IS PERFECT! There was everything I needed and it is most certainly falls in the category of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! I had a sweet welcome note from the owner. The grounds are beautiful and I was serenaded by the coyotes many times!! Thanks Pat for sharing your home and I hope you are better soon! Thanks Robert for your help!

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

Jill was a great host! The pool house was incredibly beautiful and more than enough space for 2. Everything was very clean, kept up nicely, and felt brand new. We had lots of privacy and there were great restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was just a short drive away! We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a cute, comfortable studio. Perfect for a short stay!

This beautiful Casita was centrally located. It was as host described. Comfy, Cozy, private & quiet space. Walking distance from a great restaurant for lunch, called 'Creative Cafe' The pool was clean and the kitchen was stocked. Our host was very friendly and communicated well. There was plenty of parking in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There were plenty of eminities (including: snacks, hairdryer, plastic bags which came in handy while packing, a full sized fridge, great selection of coffees and teas, etc...)

Alicia’s casita was wonderful!! It is on the small side, but it is perfect for two people. It is decorated so cute and it is exceptionally clean. She makes good use of a small space and it is equipped with everything you could need. We talked with Alicia several times and she is very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Susie’s casita was the perfect place for me to rest and recharge. Very private and secluded. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the fridge—not full size, but bigger than a beverage fridge and had a large freezer which I liked for ice. The bed was very comfortable and shades and drapes fully darkened the room, so I slept very well. I LOVED the patio with comfortable furniture and breathtaking views of the mountains. There were many special touches—snacks, chocolate on the bed, candles in the fireplace, etc. Highly recommend.

Place was magical! We stayed in the the Hacienda and it was so very magnificent.....just perfect for two people. Easy to access, pristine condition, furnished beautifully.....and the Kingsize bed was super cozy. Would definitely stay again. Host easily available.....just a text away if we needed anything.

Such an amazing stay for me and my daughter family came to visit so we stayed in the Airbnb. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. The bed so so comfortable my daughter and raved about the sleep we got!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice having our own little yard for our dog. Location makes it easy to get on the 303. Close to Grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoy seeing the jets from Luke Air Force Base so that was a treat as they fly over often. We would definitely recommend and will look to stay again when we come back to the area. Michael and Josh were very responsive and kind whenever we had a question. Best Airbnb hosts we have ever had.

My stay was great! The place was spotless! The outdoor patio was a great addition. So quiet and peaceful! Would stay again!

Destry was a great host. He reached out prior to our stay to let us know that we could check in early since he didn’t have a guest the day before we were to arrive. He also checked in to see if there was anything he could do to improve our stay, which there wasn’t! The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a full meal as well as snacks and beverages for us. The bathroom was also well stocked with toiletries. Everything was very comfortable, especially the beds! We enjoyed sitting outside when it warmed up. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you plan to spend time in Peoria.

A lovely place to stay. Private. Friendly little dog who did a good job of escorting us around. We tipped him with treats. Thoughtfully decorated, functional, little casita. Thank you, we enjoyed it :)

Donna’s Airbnb was so beautiful and relaxing. The location was amazing and we felt very safe in their neighborhood. The bed was comfy and the guesthouse was so clean. I highly recommend staying at Donna’s Airbnb!

Im a local Phoenician that works from home. I stayed at Katie's place out of necessity, due to the A/C at my house not working in the inferno season. *From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience.* Check in: Easy, clear instructions. Parking/Security: Private driveway secured by RV gate. Privacy: Your own space and small yard that is great for a dog, yet Katie and Ariel live next door so the host is accessible if needed. Friendly Hosts: Proactively offered anything I may need. Example: They offered an office chair since I work from home. WIFi: Strong enough to work from home. Central location: The area is close to the Biltmore(5 minutes) , Old Town Scottsdale (approx 15 mins) and downtown Phoenix (10 mins). Neighborhood: the neighborhood has a strong community and the neighbors know each other and will wave to you etc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
