The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

It was our first time in the area and we spent spring break here. We hand the most relaxing time in this beautiful home. Everything was as described and even the neighbors were so friendly!

We loved our time there! Pool was amazing. Will definitely stay there again. Great for a family. Brian was very responsive.

Our third stay at Evelyn’s home. Perfect home for four guys to enjoy spring training baseball and the NASCAR race. Always clean and well stocked kitchen. Laundry facility is a plus. Pool and hot tub are a great feature also. Tip: pay to heat the pool; very relaxing. Will be planning to stay again.

We could have come with nothing but our clothes and medications. She had everything else! So many details considered! Ashley went upbove and beyond with constant communication. We had asked if ther was a cooler we could use. We planned to buy one, but she had one waiting for us when we got there. She had snacks and treats set out for us on the counter and seasonings and oils in the cupboards, and condiments and drinks in the fridge! Toiletries were stocked! when we were done swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, there was still a closet full of games to play. We were never bored! beds and couch were so compfy, and she had many many towels! Big washer and dryer to use. location was perfect and quiet. she also had many things sticked for babies. We didn't need that, but I noticed it was set up for small children as well. We felt so spoiled! we will definitely come back!

Amazing stay that fit our party of 8 adults very well. All of the bedrooms were immaculate as well as the rest of the house. Mark is a very caring and responsive host. We were unfortunately unable to use the hot tub pool, but Mark ensured that we were compensated. Overall, an excellent choice to stay if you have a single big family, or you are out with a few couples! Highly recommend!

The house was fantastic! Right on the water and centrally located in the area we were staying in. The house was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It had all of the essentials for an Airbnb and the patio on the water was fantastic!

Very clean and looked like the pictures. We were able to walk to restaurants & the grocery store. We really enjoyed the pool and the great weather was a plus.

Beautiful small two bedroom house, perfect for a short-term stay. Hosts thought of virtually everything and are extremely responsive and accommodating; we wanted for nothing. Especially liked relaxing on the patio by the pool even though the weather was a little too cool to use it. We're hoping to stay there again on a future trip!

This was the best stocked place we have stayed in. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, utensils, and even bathroom essentials. Katlin was responsive and helpful. The kids loved the doughnuts and pool!

This was the perfect place for a week-long stay over the holidays with my pup. I have family nearby in Surprise, but we needed some extra space for the holiday week. William was friendly and responsive, and his home is spacious and well-appointed (with some recent updates like new flooring and paint). It would be great for a short or long-term stay. This location was perfect for my needs - close to family, with peaceful and quiet streets for walking my dog (and a great little walking/biking trail nearby - the Javelina Trail!). If you are not familiar with Phoenix, you may find it to be a little too far on the "outskirts" of town, but it is a perfect location for the West Valley. I will definitely check to see if this home is available the next time I am in town visiting family!

This was a great house. we fit two families of 4 comfortably. It was clean and in a great location. We love the restaurants in downtown Gilbert. Great food.

Linda and Mike were incredible hosts. As we stayed for a while, they kept us up to date with necessary information throughout the trip. We could count on them to respond right away if we had a question. If you're looking for hosts that care about your experience, here you are. We had a fantastic stay at their nicely kept home. The house is a nice mixture of southwest decoration, open space, tidy, and whatever you need in a home. The desert garden, pool, hot tub were all a joy to immerse ourselves in. Feeding the birds was one of the highlights-- so many quails, cardinals, and woodpeckers. Even a road runner! In the evening it was stone quiet, with only the owls hooting and occasional coyote howl or dog bark. The atmosphere was serene. It is very difficult to find a place in the Phoenix valley so close to the Superstition Wilderness. When you want to escape the city noise and lights, but still be an hour of downtown, this is the place. We would happily visit again. Warm wishes M&L!

The property is very nice l, modern and cozy with beautiful backyard and a pool. The house was sparkling clean and smelled good. The best feature was the huge and extremely comfortable bed in master bedroom. This find was a gem for sure. We did had a very small issue with some supplies and the host resolved it in no time. I would 100% stay there again and highly recommend to others.

We really like Bryan’s place. Nice house (all remodeled and nicely decorated), great pool area, sparkling clean, close to downtown which was convenient to us. I would definitively recommend !

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything about this place was great. Really enjoyed our time here. Myself and a few work buddies were in town for work and this place made our stay in the area even more enjoyable.

Great place to stay in San Tan Valley - would use again!

There were 7 adults, two babies, a toddler and a little dog in our group and the size of this listing exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room to visit all together and spacious rooms for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed plus good coffee and a great tea selection. Location was convenient to shopping and neighborhood was pretty quiet, especially considering how many cars were parked along the street. There was a little park in walking distance which our two year old granddaughter enjoyed! The pool is beautiful and even though it was too cold to swim, we loved sitting outside and enjoying the private and pretty back yard. We would love to come back and stay here if in the area again.
