Ian’s place was perfect for me and my dogs! So well-designed and super comfortable with perfect little outdoor spaces both private and charming! Couldn’t have asked for more to suit our needs - absolutely great night’s sleep on the king sized bed and just such a breathable and fresh space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat (and may, if the opportunity presents!) Ian was friendly, communicative and an ideal host!

Grant's place was great for a long stay. It was very clean! He was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay due to delays on a house we were buying. We stayed there through June and A/C worked very well for Phoenix in the summer!

A gem of a location. The private yard is fantastic in the spring when the temps are below 75 and the orange tree is fruiting! House has all the listed amenities and is very quiet. Was on a business trip by myself but I'd easily take my family here. Big recommendation.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Katie was very communicative and helpful. We booked the stay to accommodate our kids’ dance competition (Gilbert) and baseball tournament (Chandler), and the house was well-situated. We also liked the bed set-up for the 3 rooms.

Great place to stay the pool and hot tub were super relaxing in a quiet area super peaceful

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

Travis is a super host and his place is absolutely amazing. Location, amenities and the layout are awesome. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels. A very beautiful and well maintained home. Travis was very very responsive and although we didn’t have any big issues, we asked a couple of questions and he responded immediately. At one point we even thought his Ninja mixer was broken and he ordered another one immediately but we realized it was not broken and thankfully he cancelled it. Just goes to say how far he will go to make your stay nice and problem free 5 star++ for sure! Thanks a lot Travis. When we are back, we will definitely be in touch. Alan

We came for a soccer tournament and found ourselves right at home. Place was clean, and easy to access.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Jen and Calvin’s home in Phoenix! The house was tastefully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jen and Calin were amazing hosts—very helpful and responsive to all our needs. They went above and beyond. The private backyard was a true highlight, beautifully laid out with a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a great getaway! great house in a beautiful location. Amanda was awesome, even when I asked her questions because I hadn't bothered to read the info she'd already sent me (I can be a fool at times). We loved the place so much we extended our stay several days, and doing so was easy.

Thank you Butch and Kelly for having a beautiful home for our family stay in. The space was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy and intimate. It’s allowed us to just relax, enjoy each other’s company, and create cherished memories. We had a quick stay before our flight, the location made for a quiet and quick drive to the airport. We will definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

We stayed at Justin and Carissa’s home for 4 1/2 days while visiting family. It was the perfect home away from home! Justin and Carissa were easy to communicate with and Justin even brought over some fresh eggs. We lost power due to high winds and rain and Justin stayed in contact and was ready to bring over a generator if needed. My dogs and I loved the fenced yard! We would definitely stay here again if in the area

Perfect place to stay for a night or two. It’s surprisingly spacey, but the bathroom is quite small, especially the shower. The backyard is awesome and set up nicely
