It was like a home away from home. The host seems to have thought of everything that was needed along with provision of a few extra amenities. He was responsive to all inquiries and his policy instructions provided clear instructions. The environment shouted “relax and enjoy yourself.” I have already recommended this location to friends who frequently look for places to stay ( other than hotels) when traveling. I will definitely keep this location in mind as somewhere I would like to stay whenever I visit Atlanta ( from Chicago).

We came into the Atlanta area to visit colleges - Emory and UGA - and this was a nice place to stay in between. It was unseasonably cold for the area while we were there, so we didn’t end up using the pool or hot tub, but they were both ready and available. The home was all brand new and was a perfect size for the three of us.

Here’s a suggestion for a five-star review: My family and I had an amazing stay. We evacuated from Hurricane Milton and Spencer was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us to check in. Spencer was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, making the entire process smooth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and navigating the space a breeze. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Another great stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked as usual. Location is great for access to restaurants and major highways. Dale is a great host. We will stay here again.

My family and I stayed here while our home was going through repairs after a significant leak. I have 3 kids and pets- there were enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. I had brought our own towels and blankets, but there were so many available that we didn’t have to worry about not having enough! When we needed to extend multiple times and flex our check out time, Susan and Kathryn were so kind and accommodating! My kids thought the stand alone ice machine was the coolest- everything was so nice and comfortable. It was also very safe and there is a nearby park with a playground the kids loved! The yard is huge and fenced in, but we still walked our dog on a leash! I am so grateful for Susan and Kathryn hosting us during a quite stressful time for our family. I wish I could thank you in person. My kids did make messes and I think I probably them a cleaning fee for the rug, but I do hope they will allow us back if there is ever a need. Thank you!

Great location, unexpected oasis in the woods. I was lucky to have a snow day there, and it was fantastic. I was in town working and Dee’s place was the perfect personal escape after work to relax. The house has all the amenities you would normally need and is very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay again.

Okay, as for my first Airbnb I’m Impressed and moved by the hospitality. The quality of the home and the host are equally amazing and would stay again!

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

We have stayed at Brenton and Lauren's place a few times in the past and it's a favorite of ours. It's comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the everyday supplies. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and there is always parking available on the street by the gate to the house.

Both the condition of the house and location were superb. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again.

We loved our short stay here. The house is easy to find, very clean, and decorated with vintage pieces that accentuate the antique/historic vibe of the house. We especially enjoyed the porch swing facing lovely trees, the comfy couches and the big shower. It was a nice neighborhood to walk around and very close to Marietta Square. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates historic homes and neighborhoods.

This was the perfect little cute spot for my son and me as we stopped in Atlanta for the night on our spring break road trip!

The Cabin in the Woods was the perfect get away. My friend was able to work on her writing project in peace and quiet, and I was able to relax on the deck with a book and computer games. Amy was so easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my questions; excellent directions and the property is easy to access. First time using Airbnb and this booking did not disappoint. I would book this location again with no hesitation.

I rented this place for my mom and me to stay during her visit. It is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The cottage is located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Many markets, including Publix, Kroger, Target, and Macy's, are within walking distance. Overall, it is a wonderful wonderful place, especially for elderly guests.

We loved this place! It is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Everything was perfect! The cottage is great and the property is amazing! My husband loved the fishing and I enjoyed reading on the dock. Hope to be back soon!

Kendall's place is always a great location to spend the weekend in Cartersville! Clean, walkable to downtown Cartersville, and wonderful hosts! We look forward to our trip every year.

Enjoyed everything about this cottage, especially the location - beautiful birds, trees and flowering plants all around. Met Tara and appreciated her answering my questions about her experience, which is totally new to me (first timer).

The carriage house was beautiful. It was exactly as described and everything we needed was easy to find. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and nice. The furniture all felt like new. I would definitely stay there again!
