Marigot : locations d'appartements de vacances

L'appartement est très agréable. Environnement légèrement bruyant mais une fois porte et baie vitrée fermées on y est au calme. De plus, l'hôte est réactive et soucieuse du confort des voyageurs. Nous avons eu un souci avec le fournisseur internet, et elle l'a solutionné en moins de 24h. Je recommande cette location !

The apartment at Friar’s Bay was perfect for our group of two couples. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is really close and was an easy walk. We really enjoyed our stay. Josy was terrific. She was so quick to respond to our inquires, was so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed her company, she is such a lovely person.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 at Johnathon’s place! We have two young children (8 & 3) and enjoyed the space. We have been to the island many times and were familiar with the area. The home was spotless and easy to get to with a private parking space. Maeva the additional host met us at the home and was able to easily check us in. She was easily accessible during our stay and helped us make reservations for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coralie’s place. The view is amazing and the airbnb had everything that we needed. Coralie gave clear instructions on how to find the airbnb and also gave a lot of tips. Would definitely recommend this place and this host :)

L’appartement est parfaitement situé directement sur la plage. Le balcon est grand et sa vue donne aussi sur la plage. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. L’accueil des hôtes a été parfait. Sur la plage on trouve des bars et des restos qui offrent des chaises pour y passer la journée. Il y a aussi une petite épicerie pour faire quelques courses. Pendant notre séjour il y avait une pénurie de denrées, les étalages étaient plutôt vides. L’alimentation en eau de l’appartement manque un peu de pression mais c’est suffisant pour répondre aux besoins.

Ca été très agréable et très complet 2 pieces avec balcon vue sur piscine(tres bien entretenue) et très belle p'etit plage ainsi qu'un stationnement disponible ,..Les citoyens St Martin sont convivial sympathique accuillant ect... A quelques minutes du centre de Marigot ,nous trouvons Restaurants,boutiques, p'tits et grand epiceries ect... L'ile St Martin est très beau pays et les citoyens qui habitent ont de quoi être fiers...Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.. Bien a vous Daniel et Lyn(da)... I had a wonderful time staying at Hugo’s property. He and his wife made me feel very welcome, and they were always helpful when I needed assistance, such as renting a car. The location was perfect—it was close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, and I wasn’t too far from the SXM festival I attended. Thank you for hosting me, and I will definitely return to SXM in the future because I enjoyed my stay at your property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Emmanuelle's Airbnb! Orient Bay is stunning, with its beautiful beach that’s perfect for families. The area has the feel of an all-inclusive resort, with restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed La Playa Beach Restaurant and quickly made it our go-to spot—it’s only a 3-minute walk from the flat! It actually took us a couple of days to realize how close it was, as we initially took the longer commercial route. Needless to say, we were thrilled to discover that our preferred spot on Orient Beach was just steps away from our accommodation. The back terrace of the flat is conveniently located near the pool area, which was perfect for our family. We could easily move our chairs closer to the pool and take turns watching the kids with our partners—such a bonus for a relaxing vacation. It’s worth noting that power outages are fairly common in Sint Maarten, but Emmanuelle was incredibly responsive and quick to assist when I reac

Excellent spot. Would visit again! We had everything we needed, it was easy to find with the video directions provided by the host, and we felt very safe. Nadia recommended local spots and was friendly throughout the experience. Highly recommend this lovely little spot with a fantastic mountain view. The extra little touches and care made this a special stay for my partner and I, traveling to St. Martin for our first time. If staying here, we recommend you take advantage of a rental vehicle as most areas are a short drive away down winding roads. 10/10!

Très satisfaite Emplacement parfait à Grand Case, proche des restaurants et de la plage. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Aurelie est réactive et a toujours répondu à mes questions en lien avec l’appartement (ou sans lien) très rapidement. Je recommande Je viens chaque année et je chercherai sans hésitation dans son listing pour mes prochaines vacances.

Great place, close to ocean and under a minute walk to the main restaurants & shops of grand case. Jamal was an excellent host, great communication throughout our time there. Would recommend to anyone and the price is right

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

Séjour d’une semaine très apprécié. C’est un endroit propre, tranquille et sécuritaire: à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Tout est est bien organisé avec la piscine, l’espace de parking et la petite terrasse dont on peut profiter au retour de la plage. Le logement est simple mais confortable et tout fonctionne très bien. Maria est une hôtesse réactive et disponible au besoin. Nous n’avons pas eu de problème de moustiques, ni de bruit dérangeants. C’est un endroit où nous retournerions avec plaisir.

This is a gem of an Airbnb. Tucked away in a safe area with designated parking, the apartment was sparkling clean and had everything you need. I worked remotely there for a week and the wifi was excellent. Good vibes, clean and a friendly host. Thank you!

The Hills was unreal! It had a beautiful and safe location, an amazing property with a great view, a stylish look, and the pool was top-notch. The staff was very friendly and easy to chat with. You’re surrounded by all the restaurants, bars, and cool spots within walking distance. They even gave me a local rum bottle that I actually loved too. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to any friends or family planning to visit the island. Thanks again, guys!

Amazing views. Excellent location for retreat near hotels and beaches. Very secure, located on a gated neighborhood. One of the best spots on airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. I would definitely come back 100 times if possible. Host is very accessible.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

We loved our first trip to the island so much we had to come back! It was an easy choice to stay at The Perch for a second time. The location is amazing, very private with beautiful views and an abundance of nature. The deck is perfect for taking a night off of going out, providing ambiance for sunset dinners and drinks in the jacuzzi. The location is fairly central, making it a great jump off point to explore many parts of the island. If only we could have stayed longer!
