When I say Joseph and his team were the most incredible hosts, I truly mean it. Joseph's communication skill is very exceptional, he responded to my messages very quickly. I love how clean the house is including the complete kitchenware. The house felt like a second home given it is nearby the overlooking view. Overall, I genuinely loved the place. This is by far the best bnb I booked :))

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

The stay is very nice and the vibe is great. Perfect for chill sessions with friends. There were a lot of bathrooms, chairs, tables and utensils. And the night vibes is 💯 The best highlight of the place for me is the cleanliness. I think this is the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed in. It doesn’t smell like smoke or zonrox/bleach, or any Chemicals. Really clean.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Had a bit of confusion about the actual number of guests that can be accommodated comfortably overnight, and the hot shower was barely warm, other than these, it was all good. Place was superb. Jovelle was warm, friendly, generous, and a very good host. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

Summer Cay is definitely one of the best listings we had. Host Melody is very responsive and offers help beyond or extra mile. Listing amenities are superb and you dont have to worry about it. Summer Cay is one of the listings I can recommend to my friends around Novaliches!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Sie ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Uns hat gut gefallen: - Nähe zu den Bus Terminals von Five Star, Victory Liner und anderen Buslinien (ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto) - Nähe zu SM North EDSA Mall (ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto) - 7ELEVEN im Erdgeschoss - Restaurants im Erdgeschoss und in der Umgebung - Die Aussicht vom Pool ist toll. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang von dort aus sehen. Wichtig: man muss sich für den Pool anmelden. Man kann sich nur für den nächsten Tag anmelden. - Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 60 bis 90 Minuten mit dem Auto) - Die Anweisungen von Jun sind sehr detailliert und hilfreich. Unbedingt genau lesen, dann klappt auch alles. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
