I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! I love how clean the unit is and the bathrooms are spacious. Everything was well thought of, the kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff and even the trash bags! Trixie was very responsive and the place was peaceful and very comfortable. All the appliances are working, the place was clean and there’s a caretaker who shows up for any concern. Great stay overall!

The location is unbeatable for concert-goers heading to the Philippine Arena - you couldn't ask for a more convenient spot. What's more, the host offers transportation to and from the unit for a fee, allowing us to park our car safely and enjoy the concert without any worries. As an added bonus, there's a mall just across from the property, perfect for grabbing a bite or doing some quick shopping. Overall, this Airbnb is a top choice for anyone attending events at the Philippine Arena or looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

We stayed a month and had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and comfortable. The grocery and food options downstairs made the location extremely convenient. We were able to walk around to Greenbelt and Rockwell Center. Pasay and BGC were a quick Grab. Thank you so much Aj and Emilia for having us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Host was accomodating, instructions to get into the unit were clear. Unit was spacious with extra mattresses. You won't feel hot because the aircon units work really really well. Nice view as well.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

The place was clean when we arrived, looked just like the photos. The instructions are clear for house rules, checking in, and availing other amenities. The best part is Joshua is so responsive to our queries and requests. We asked if we can borrow chairs since we were working from his place and he bought 2 stool chairs the next day to cater our request. Our only concern was the wifi is a bit slow and is not suitable for a busy work day but all in all, we had a great stay and it's worth the penny!

We had a wonderful time and Raquel was very accommodating with our check in and check out dates. The place was very clean and the dishes spotless as well as the linens. The aircons kept it very cool the whole time and the scenic view of the city was beautiful at nighttime.

I had an amazing time. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi is a bit slow at 10mbps but it worked out fine since I stayed alone. Not sure if it’s the same if there are a lot of people. The place is good for walking but not a lot of restaurants near the area. I had to go to SM north edsa to eat out. Nevertheless, I slept like a baby. This is a great place to relax, unwind and reflect about life. Highly recommended.
