this was perfect for us! a very laid back, non-pretensious place. we played lots of ping pong, swam in both the ocean and the pool, enjoyed relaxing in the shade, and more. the town is pleasant and everyone we met was friendly. convenient to restaurants, etc. probably if half the town is going to own roosters, they should have a few breakfast places open early😅. the bedroom mini splits did help a bit with the rooster morning call though. pack a noise machine if you think it will bother you. also pack scuba socks for a more pleasant experience if you like to swim in the ocean. thanks, Dan, we enjoyed our visit.

This was our first Air B&B experience for our family of five. The property was exactly as advertised. We wanted a semi secluded vacation and this definitely fit the bill. Most days we had the beach all to our selves. And when we went to the pool there was at most another family there. We kept the AC off during the day and opened the doors from the living room to the back deck during the day to enjoy the beautiful view. The AC units had no trouble cooling the place down in the evening. As a host Elsa was amazing. She was a great communicator, and made sure we were well informed for our stay. There was a small water leak upon arrival, which things like this can happen anywhere you stay, but Elsa handled it and communicated clearly with us the whole time. We definitely would stay here again.

I never do reviews but we love this place so much they deserve it. The hospitality is a A+. All staff is supper responsive with any questions via email, text or call and very clean. The view from the balcony of beach bliss is breathtaking from sun rise to sun set. It is also a must to go to the mountain lookout for the stunning sun set.

Highly recommended if you want to see this beautiful area of Puerto Rico! Glenda was super helpful and responsive. The place is very comfortable and clean and the area is quiet. Great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay in Patillas! A beautiful secluded property just a short drive from amazing restaurants, beaches, and downtown. Christian’s dining recommendations were on point and he was very responsive in answering any of our questions. We had everything we needed to make our stay feel right at home. Highly recommended if you are looking for a family friendly place to unwind and relax!

Beautiful, peaceful and private location in Patillas! Near many local places and in my case family. Would love to return and stay more days. Loved listening to the crash of the waves and coquis while drifting into sleep. Cozy apartment with all the right amenities to enjoy nature and surrounding area. Thank you Kevin!!!

Amazing stay at Patricia’s Villa! The location on the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The complex is very private and quiet, a perfect place to take a break. The Villa was not only spotless, but Patricia thought of every detail a family might need on a vacation. Make sure to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the private beach. Patricia was also extremely easy to communicate with. I even spoke with her on the phone one or two times with questions! I highly recommend Patricia and her fabulous property here in Puerto Rico!
