Marina Baixa : locations de vacances en appartement

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht und guter Küchenausstattung. Ruhige Lage. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Straßenbahnhaltestelle innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Nette Gastgeberin und einfache Kommunikation. Wir durften sogar erst am Nachmittag ausschecken, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit in dem Apartment von Carol. Wir sind mit Kleinkind angereist und alles war perfekt ausgestattet. Von Hochstuhl bis Kindergeschirr, rausfallschutz fürs Bett und Spielsachen. Die kleine Terrasse zum chillen mit direkten Zugang zum Pool und außen Bereich. Gleich um die Ecke ein kleiner Spielplatz. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Carol hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 min am Strand mit vielen Restaurants und die Straßenbahn. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Ach und nehmt Mückenspray mit, die sind am Abend auf der Terrasse aber es ist so schön in der Hängematte zu chillen.

Cudowne miejsce, mieszkanie bardzo czyste w pełni wyposażone, funkcjonalne, piekny widok z okna na morze i Ifach, na dole budynku sklep w którym kupisz wszystko, wokół kawiarnie, sklepy, idealne na wyjazd dla kolarzy - auto tu nie jest potrzebne. Internet działa b dobrze, można pracować. Właściciele bardzo pomocni i w stałym kontakcie w razie potrzeby, pomogli nawet zorganizować transport z i na lotnisko. Bardzo dziękujemy za świetny pobyt, do zobaczenia!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

Wij hebben bijna 6 weken in dit appartement gezeten en hebben het super gehad! Het appartement had alles voor ons lange verblijf. Extra pluspunten: bureau en terras. Ideale locatie, weg van de drukte maar toch op korte loopafstand van strand en centrum. En de groene heuvel met het kasteel aan het einde van de straat! Heerlijk om 's avonds nog even te lopen en te genieten van het uitzicht. Teresa heeft ons super goed geholpen. Ze reageert snel en het is erg fijn communiceren met haar. We zouden zeker nog een keer gaan!

Rosa Marie’s apartment was a perfect location for myself and a friend, We are 2 older active ladies and found it a good location for public transport bus and tram very close. Approx 2 mile walk into Alicante we crossed over the tram line to start the walk all along the coast. Also used the tram to travel to other locations. Villajoyso, ElCampello even Benidorm.Alicante Castle and old town really worth a visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed beds were really comfortable with super linen kitchen very well equipped lot of extras supplied eg shampoo shower gel cleaning products. Lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun Rosa always responds quickly to any queries we had even though we never met her she was so friendly in all her messages We would highly recommend this Apartment

Fijne week gehad en fantastisch uitzicht! Communicatie was erg fijn, kregen direct antwoord. Enige minpuntje was dat we de wasmachine niet konden gebruiken.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

Fantastisk utsikt med stor balkong. Fin pool i området. Bil är ett måste. Bra utrustat kök. Vi trivdes bra under dem 4 veckor vi bodde här.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Mukava ja ystävällinen pariskunta oli meitä kohteessa vastassa sovitusti. He näyttivät asunnosta kaiken tarvittavan samalla kun antoivat avaimet. Kertoivat vielä, että seuraava päivä olisi paikallinen pyhä jolloin ruokakaupat oli kiinni, niin osattiin varautua. Itse asunto on todella siisti ja vastasi kuvausta. Ihana kattoterassi sekä asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava pidemmällekin reissulle. Asunnon sijainti on loistava. Ihan vierestä löytyy luontopolkuja ja ravintoloita ja pieni kauppa. Ranta myös ihan kävelymatkan päässä. Iso plussa omasta parkkipaikasta. Autolla pääsee näppärästi liikkumaan pidemmällekin hyvien tieyhteyksien johdosta ja lyhyt matka lentokentälle. Läheltä löytyy vaikka mitä tutkittavaa ja hämmästeltävää. Alicanten keskustaan ajelee noin puolessa tunnissa. Lentokentälle 15min. Positiivinen kokemus kaikin puolin, isot suositukset! ❤️

Bardzo dobra okolica, bardzo blisko do morza, prosto pod domem duży sklep, w pobliżu dużo restauracji. Bardzo czyste, wygodne mieszkanie, w mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne na wypoczynku. Bardzo pomocny właściciel, szybko odpowiada. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni pobytem.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Apartamento comodo, tranquilo e ideal para ir con peques. El acceso a la piscina, la cercania a la playa, y el parque… un puntazo. Quiza el sofa y la cama grande podian ser un pelin mas comodos, pero se compensa con todo lo demas. La anfitriona, Carmen, un encanto. Muy atenta a todo y contestaba enseguida, muy cercana e hizo que nos sintieramos muy a gusto. Desde luego nos encantara volver.

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

Teresa es una anfitriona excepcional. Siempre atenta y accesible facilito la llegada y salida en todos los aspectos, además de recomendar lugares y restaurantes. La vivienda está muy bien cuidada y limpia con acceso directo a la piscina. Está en una zona tranquila, ideal para familias y la playa también es ideal, tranquila, cálida y a unos 4-5 min andando desde la vivienda. También está muy cerca del centro del pueblo. Más que recomendable.
