Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

Evan's place was wonderful - the listing matched the photos, it was immaculate and close to many restaurants and to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and more! And you could tell a lot of love and effort went into the decor. Evan was very responsive - we had one small issue when my son's soccer ball accidently bumped the earthquake-aware gas line and shut the gas off (whoops!) and he was so proactive - he came over and tried to fix it, and even called the gas company and had them come out to us within the hour. We, of course, felt terrible, but he was so kind to us! The home is beautiful and worked great for our needs. We especially liked the ability to use the washer and dryer. It is on a busier street... but it was very close to amenities! We loved our stay at hour beautiful home!

Wonderful small home in Capitola. Was perfect for our family of four. The home feels very friendly with grandma artifacts around and there’s so much you can walk to from the house. A great home base for our 3 days exploring between Monterey and Santa Cruz. The host was detailed and friendly. Would love to visit again on our next trip to the area.

Had a great time staying at Dean's house. First off location and views were amazing! Had ocean waves crashing out the window and lots of wildlife to see including sea otters and harbor seals right out the front window. House is within walking distance to aquarium and Cannery row. Also walking path along the water is right across the street. House was super clean and easy check-in and out. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. We were celebrating an anniversary and Dean left us a nice note and bottle of wine. Perfect trip would highly recommend and will be coming back soon.

This is a great little studio that is close to the beach (a 5 min walk) and I will definitely be coming back soon! It’s a small studio with a cute little patio. The neighborhood is quiet and you are close to town.

We so enjoyed our stay at this home. It was comfy, clean, and so eclectic and interesting. Add that to the amazing location on the coast, and the beautiful views and sunrises, and you cant help but fall in love. We had so much fun. Hope to be back soon!

Cottage conveniently located near downtown and only .25 mile walk to Lovers Point. Exactly as advertised and well stocked. Cozy beds and linens made it extra nice! Great rental experience!

The place was very clean, comfortable and well located to do lots of fun stuff, near the village/ downtown and near a great walking / view area at Los lobos, as well as 17 mile drive.

Dania’s home was lovely! It was a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend away. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive into town from the home. The drive to and from town goes fast and is well worth the isolation and peace you get at the home. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring an eye mask as the wonderful windows let in lots of wonderful natural light!

The condo was great. We had an issue with the master bathroom shower but Bjorn took care of it right away the same day that it was noticed. The location of this condo is perfect. Right on the ocean and within walking distance for dining, shopping, and several things to do on the ocean. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

We have been coming to Pajaro Dunes for 37 years. Our family loves it. This house needs some attending to. In one of the downstairs showers, the soap dish on the wall was broken. You need to be VERY VERY careful. My nephew cut his thumb and needed to get stitches. I was told I could check in before the rain started, but the office hadn't unlocked the house on their end. I had to drive back to the check in office and ended up getting wet while unpacking the car. Not the end of the world, but a little irritating. It took quite awhile to figure out the space heaters, some did not work. Kitchen pots and pans need updating - bring your own!! We had a great time and lots of great memories continue for our family.

Amazing place, super great host, and so nice to be close to the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved this place very much! We enjoyed our wine and snacks and movies in the living room and 3 rd bed room which both have nice views and deck in front. Too bad the trip was short and will go back again!

This was our third stay at Monterey Dunes and our first during winter. The home was very cozy and perfect for our family on four adults and two grandkids. Kitchen was well supplied and updated quality appliances. Beds were comfortable with great mattresses. Beach was just steps away although we we there during tide warnings so stayed close to the dunes. Great spot for relaxation, a very private beach, and home cooking. Not the best spot if you’re looking for fancy restaurants.

Outstanding location and great condo. Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. Cheshire Realty was easy to deal with.

This is an extraordinary place. The house sits above the others on the ridge, so there are unobstructed views in every direction. The yard is a stunning mature garden with trees the owner played in as a child. The kitchen is enormous and there is so much living space! I never wanted to go out, but we were 10 minutes from both old growth redwoods AND beach walks! I can't recommend this place enough!

Clean and spacious place. Quirky but perfect for us. But if a drive to anyplace except the slough and beach.

We loved our stay at Karin's and felt right at home. This is my 90s dream home complete w/nostalgia from the VHS movies to the DVDs, TV w/the VHS slot, and a tape rewind machine. The area is very quiet, private, + peaceful. The house is very clean, cozy, spacious, I love the vaulted ceilings and breathtaking views! Had plenty of natural light on the main floor, lots of towels, linens, thick soft blankets, toiletries in the bathrooms, lots of beds, lots of seating. I love the breakfast nook next to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the 1/2 bath on the main floor was convenient. Super close to hiking at Point Lobos, the beach, main shops and restaurants on Ocean Ave, Barnyard, and still close enough to Monterey and Big Sur. Tenant in the cottage next door was nice and friendly when we ran into her, but it was still a quiet and private stay for us. Didn't get to use the aquarium passes since my teen didn't want to go. We would love to come back again when the weather is warmer.

We had an amazing trip with our daughters family! We all absolutely loved the house and the area, and can't wait to come back and stay again!!! Janet was more than willing to do anything to make our stay perfect! It was my 50th birthday and she even hung up Happy Birthday banner for me :-) Thank you, Janet for everything! We really enjoyed your home and can't wait to stay again!!!!!

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

This comfortable house worked great for two couples and our friends who dropped by for dinner. The location is wonderful - super quiet and an easy walk to the ocean, optionally through a beautiful park. Short drive to good markets and restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious hot tub and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It is more comfy and cozy than super glam, but that was perfect for us. Ian was a great communicator and shared some wonderful recommendations - don't miss La Hacienda Taqueria!

Cute, clean & cozy cottage just a few houses from the ocean! We really enjoyed the hot tub and found that the backyard is remarkably private considering how close together the houses are in the neighborhood. There was easy walking access to E.Cliff Dr, restaurants, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed easy driving access to the redwood trees in Henry Cowell State Park and the touristy shops in Capitola. We would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is in a lovely neighborhood with a beautiful backyard, and a short walk to the ocean. We had great weather, so we enjoyed meals and reading in the backyard. The house was spotless. It was nice to put our vehicle in the garage at night. The only disappointment was the scant comfortable seating in the living room. The photo showed an armchair in addition to a couch. There was only the couch and some straight-back chairs. We spend a lot of time visiting in the early morning and watching movies in the evenings, so the three of us were rather scrunched. We ended up bringing in the outdoor patio arm chair. Aside from that, everything else was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed Pacific Grove and Carmel-by-the-Sea, in addition to the beautiful views from the property's windows and watching the squirrels and hummingbirds while in the back yard.
