Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

This place is a gem! if you are looking for a cosy stay in an authentic place rather than the crazy chaos of tourist destinations, this is the place. Book and enjoy your time!

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

We had such a wonderful stay here in Rome. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 3 with a 9 year old. Perfectly located in the historic center and walkable to so much. Alessandra is an amazing host - friendly and responsive. We cannot recommend this place enough!!

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, idéalement situé. Nous avons visité tous les principaux sites à pied. Un grand choix de restaurants à proximité. Le parking de Piazza Cavour est proche et très pratique. Très agreable séjour !

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

The apartment is located in a very good place. The apartment is very spacious with the patio on the rooftop. Gras was very responsive.

I would 100% recommend staying at Francesca's place! It was bigger than it looks in the photos, and the bed was super comfy. Check in/out was stress free. The location is perfect — round the corner from the Colosseum and less than a 15-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. We fully enjoyed our complimentary wine on the terrace which a lovely touch! 🍷 It’s close to a basic supermarket and a lovely restaurant, Il Giardino ai Fori. We had an incredible time in Rome, and this quaint, cozy and beautiful Airbnb truly enhanced our trip 🏡 Francesca was so accommodating; she provided great recommendations for local eateries and tips on getting to and from the airport. I don’t have any negatives, just a couple of considerations. The shower temperature could be bit unpredictable at times and the door lock was a bit tricky at first as it takes a couple of turns to open, but it all added to the sense of security, so we didn’t mind at all. Thank you so much Francesca for being such a wonderful host!

Die Unterkunft bei Ladi in Trastevere war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – mitten im charmanten Trastevere, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das absolute Highlight ist der wunderschöne Innenhof, eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Besonders toll war auch Ladi selbst: Er hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen und eine kleine Führung durchs Viertel gemacht – mit vielen persönlichen Tipps zu seinen Lieblingsläden und Restaurants. Das war super hilfreich und total nett! Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

Spent three nights here as part of a larger Italy vacation. The location is perfect. About 30 minutes walking to Vatican City and 30 minutes the opposite direction to the Colosseum. A lot of the other touristy things are even closer—Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. Great selection of bars and restaurants are a stones throw away. The actual apartment is LOVELY. It was very clean and also very quiet despite being so centrally located. The hosts also had coffee and breakfast treats for us which was a nice added touch. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

It was a family riunione for Christmas. Everyone had an enjoyable time and the house was perfect.Danilo is a great host and it was a lovely surprise to find the Christmas decorations. I would love to repeat the experience and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a Paola per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.
