Marina di Ardea : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Das Apartment von Anna war äußerst geräumig und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls sehr schön! Toller Vorort von Rom!

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Una bellissima casa in una zona tranquilla. Gli spazi curati e molto puliti. Ogni dettaglio raccontato in modo preciso. Ve lo consigliamo!

Carlotta is an amazing host and we are extremely happy that we found her place in Rome. The place is spotlessly clean and spacious and has all necessary amenities. It is walking distance from central Rome, it has an amazing cafe/wine bar Vinico just outside the courtyard door, which we enjoyed at breakfast and late evening for drinks. We will definitely book Carlotta’s apartment for our next visit to Rome.

Antonella went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. She was responsive during our trip and helped us pick restaurants to eat at and booked a taxi for us. Was very accommodating for our 3 month old as well. Would highly recommend staying here when you visit Rome! Location was perfect to stay in a quieter area with easy public transport into the center within 20/30 mins.

Appartement conforme en tout points à l’annonce. Nedim a été très réactif et attentionné à mes demandes et questions. Très bon emplacement proche du métro pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Environnement un peu bruyant mais c'est normal pour un centre ville. Merci à Alissa et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux.

My friends and I just concluded our 7 day at Alessandra's place last April 2. Alessandra was a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. She promptly took care of the little issues we discovered during our stay. The place itself is as shown on pictures and is very roomy for all 5 occupants. The location is safe and very ideal as it is close to popular attractions in Rome like the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The place is abound with restaurants and shops. We loved staying in her place and very appreciative of Alessandra's care and suggestions of places we can visit and great restaurants we can try. Alessandra's place is already listed on my fave list and will definitely recommend her place to my family and friends. We hope to visit Rome again and will definitely plan on staying at Alessandra's place again.

séjour très agréable.le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome. Le marché situé dans la rue est pratique et il n' y a pas de nuisance.Fabia est une une hôte accueillante et disponible. je commande cet appartement.

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

The apartment was of course terrific. The real star of the show was Gabriella: you soon find out that when she says her passion is making her guests comfortable and safe and that her first priority is you, she absolutely means it. Her communication was excellent, and there was no task too large or too small that she couldn’t do for us. If only every host had her energy and enthusiasm for making your stay as close to perfect as it could possibly be. So, go ahead and book this place. You’ll be glad you did.

Camilla is a very accomodating, responsive, flexible, and friendly host, and her place is absolutely perfect for a couple/solo traveller. Upon arrival, everything was clean, the apartment has all the listed amenities, and generally very well equipped eith all the small useful things you could want for a couple days’ stay. Camilla was also left some nice goodies for us in the kitchen to eat and drink, which felt like a nice welcome. The apartment is cozy, has an amazing atmosphere, great privacy, very comfy couch and bed, good heating for wintertime, there is no undue crazy noise from neighbors, etc. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfy, and clean place to stay close to the center, especially for couples for a romantic getaway.

O Espaço do Nicola é excelente! Bem espaçoso, decorado com muito bom gosto. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Camas confortáveis! Cozinha bem equipada. O ponto da cidade que o apartamento está nos permitiu chegar com facilidade nos pontos turísticos a pé. Bem como, nos permitiu chegar da estação de metrô também a pé com muita facilidade. Enfim, o apartamento superou as nossas expectativas! Recomendo com certeza aos futuros hóspedes! Gratidão!

Amazing view of the sea and easy walk to the beach. Peaceful community with easy access to Rome. Very nice updated and clean apartment. Erika was very responsive and helpful.

Alessandra was great. Really easy to talk to for any problems we had. The area was in a great location. Big enough for a family of 3. ❤️ it!!

Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada, camas con olor agradable, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, amenidades indispensables o necesarias en el baño y cocina todo excelente. Si volvería otra vez.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mara qui s’est préoccupée de notre bien être. Elle avait tout prévu : du café à la lessive… jusqu’à nous apporter des médicaments lors d’une rage de dent !!! Transports fréquents avec tram 8 direct place Venezzia. Compter entre 25 et 40 mn selon l’heure et l’affluence. Donc on recommande 👍

Luca’s place is on a nice, quiet street but close to plenty of bars and restaurants. He was helpful with recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was good for 2 friends. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. Sofia was very helpful when we left our luggage. The apartment has an interesting character. We liked it a lot.

Vooraf hoge verwachtingen van ons verblijf in de airbenb, voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting, mooie stijlvolle inrichting. Ook een 2e badkamer is natuurlijk pure luxe. Supermarkt lekker dichtbij en verschillende bushaltes om de juiste route naar de bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. De lift naar 4e verdieping is ook erg fijn.
