Marina di Ascea : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Pasquale è stato ospite gentilissimo e premuroso! Ci ha accolti personalmente spiegandoci quanto c'era da sapere in casa, che è comoda, ampia e perfetta per noi (cinque adulti e due bimbe piccole, e una sesta persona vi avrebbe potuto dormire altrettanto comodamente). In giardino è possibile rilassarsi sulle sdraio, mangiare intorno al grande tavolo e fare un barbecue nel forno esterno. E soprattutto godere di una vista paradisiaca del mare. Al mattino presto, con una tazza di caffè fumante, ci sentivamo in paradiso. Nel soggiorno c'è anche il camino: non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma in giorni più freddi sarebbe stato perfetto! Cucina comoda, attrezzatissima, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie e bagni comodi. Pensavamo di passarci solo la notte e poi di esplorare la bellissima Pisciotta a pochi minuti di distanza dalla casa, ma alla fine abbiamo poltrito tutto il giorno in casa e nel giardino, sentendoci molto molto fortunati! Ci farà piacere tornare e lo raccomanderemo ai nostri amici!

We are three families with children from Lithuania, stayed in the wonderful Villa Tina (Belmonte) this July. Villa Belmonte is just amazing and cherished. Excellent swimming pool, groomed plants, comfortable five-bedroom house with large terraces and all the necessary equipment. The Villa is in a great location. Wonderful mountain views, sea beach is 20 minutes walk away. The unique old town of Santa Maria di Castellabate (Cilento region) is within walking distance. Pedestrian street, promenade along the sea, boutiques, restaurants. Communication with property manager Federica was easy and expeditious. She helped us with the transfer from Naples airport, meet us in the villa, recommended a local guide, and bought basic products for the start. The hostess, Mrs. Tina took care of all the little things to make our vacation great. Special hospitality and sincerity. Fresh lemons, eggs and even a car to drive to the supermarket for products. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful relaxing holidays in this small paradise of Southern Italy.

Ottimo soggiorno nel monolocale di Claudio. Piccolo, ma pulito e ben organizzato. Posizione perfetta tra il mare e il corso principale. La zona è davvera bellissima e Claudio molto gentile.

Garten, Haus, Aussicht wunderbar. Ruhe, Natur, bis zu 20 Grad Anfang März und Frühlingsgrün super. Eingezäunter Bereich für Hunde erstklassig. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

Appartamento stupendo, grande e spazioso, moderno e pulito corrispondente alle foto. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un bellissimo complesso Alberghiero,Hotel Olimpico sulla costa di Ponte Cagnano, è stato semplice trovarlo e con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente all'interno. Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, per poter visitare la città di Salerno che dista 10min in macchina dalla struttura Alberghiera che è situata in una zona balneare fronte mare tutto è stato perfetto. L'unica cosa che mi sento di segnalare è la scomodità dei materassi nelle camera da letto che andrebbero sostituiti, ma per il resto l'appartamento è davvero spettacolare, moderno e con spazi molto molto ampi, in più la chicca è la stanza con un grande idromassaggio che è davvero un plus! ci ritorneremo sicuramente molto volentieri

Wij hebben met z’n vieren heerlijk verbleven in deze accommodatie. De omgeving is heel rustig waardoor je heerlijk tot rust komt en je kunt lekker afkoelen in het zwembad. De host was heel aardig, behulpzaam en makkelijk te bereiken. Al met al een top accommodatie voor een goede prijs!

Very clean, beautiful house, garden and fantastic pool , amongst stunning scenery, we received great help with all our many questions from Floriano and on site support from Jean Louis making our stay run smoothly. The surrounding area is breathtaking; the nearby port of Scario was picturesque with very friendly locals, well stocked shops and a great choice of restaurants and ice cream/ coffee shops. The coastline was clean and the sea wonderful for a swim with the nearest place for a dip just a ten minute walk away. The vast nature reserve is a treasure trove of beauty from mountains to coastline. Floriano’s ample house and facilities and the surrounding area are idyllic - we had a wonderful holiday.

There werent many reviews about Ilenias Villa so we were a little nervous - however we shouldnt have been nervous. The apartment occupies all of the bottom floor (other than one room) and its HUGE. The photos dont do it justice. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen is better equipped than any we have stayed in including my own. Brand new high spec branded cooker, fridge and coffee maker. It had everything we needed. Parking was secure, outdoor dining was great and enjoyed the sunsets across the valley every night. We rarely saw the owners so it was very private. To drive to the beach was around 5mins but realistically if you are 2 hours away from Naples you will have a hire car anyway. The pool was beautiful and clean and there were plenty of deck chairs around it. Washing facilities very convenient. Plenty of restaurants in the local area and the most local beach is really beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place - we couldnt want for any more.

Appartamento grande, luminoso e biesposto, la sera fresco. Posizione strategica in estate. Da migliorare il sistema di raccolta differenziata. Consigliato!

Giuliana e suo marito si sono comportati in maniera molto amichevole con noi, e ci hanno permesso anche di usufruire delle erbe aromatiche e dei limoni del loro orto. Abbiamo avuto modo anche di assaggiare alcuni prodotti fatti dalla Giuliana, tipo salsa di pomodoro e marmellate, e riconosciamo che sono molto buoni. Persone molto discrete e disponibili. Ottimo soggiorno per chi vuole uscire completamente dal tran tran, dai rumori e dallo stress della vita quotidiana. L'appartamento è stato sistemato molto bene, anche se distribuito su due piani. Bellissima la terrazza al piano superiore, con un occhio sull'intera vallata.

Un posto carino e simpatico circa 5 km da Teggiano centro storico. Vincenzina è un host disponibile e aveva tanti utili consigli: posti da vedere, dove mangiare etc. E stato veramente un bel esperienza a Teggiano!

Vincenzo was a great host. We LOVE Sessa Cilento and we are so going to come back. It’s a short drive to lovely beaches eg; ASCEA. The bedrooms are big and spacious- we lacked nothing. We had easy drives to some beautiful places like Positano and Paestum. The place was surrounded by beautiful views and a lemon tree which was a big win because we love lemons. And figs! And the restaurants that Vincenzo recommends are excellent, absolutely loved them. I think everyone should come to sessa cilento just to meet Vincenzo. We love Vincenzo. 10/10 great service. Great place. And a great man. Thank you Vincenzo!

We bevelen het appartement van Antonio van harte aan. Het is ruim. Er is een goede keuken en badkamer. Het bed ligt lekker. Het balkon met zeezicht is het mooiste van het appartement. We hebben bijna altijd op het balkon ontbeten.. Het kleine strand waar onze hond lekker kon spelen was 1 minuut lopen. De tuin met de tafel en stoelen daar hebben we niet gebruikt, maar dat is in de zomer vast een fijne schaduwrijke plek. We waren ook blij dat we de auto zo veilig achter het hek in de tuin konden zetten. Acciaroli is een heel leuke plaats met terrasjes, een haven, een aantal winkels en alles op loopafstand van het huis. Wij vonden het bruggetje vlak voor de deur zo leuk. Het was de favoriete plek van onze hond. Daar kon hij mooi naar de voorbijgangers benden kijken. We hebben Antonio niet ontmoet maar hij reageerde altijd direct op vragen en was heel vriendelijk. Het was top!!! Jammer dat we weer moesten vertrekken. Heel erg bedankt Antonio.

abbiamo trascorso due settimane bellissime. Location perfetta per trascorrere vacanze tranquille, immerse nel verde ma a due passi dal mare. La mia bimba pelosa e noi abbiamo goduto dello splendido giardino con una vista sul mare. Angelo e Ludo sono persone cordiali e sempre disponibili. Consigliatissimo 😊

Logeren bij Antonio is een feest. het uitzicht en de tuin zijn prachtig. Er is veel privacy en over het algemeen fijn stil. zo rustig dat de everzwijnen soms meermalen per dag door de tuin lopen. Het huis was ruim en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Maar we zaten niet veel binnen, het terras is super en groot. In de buurt zijn leuke plaatsjes om te bezoeken en ook plekkenom te zwemmen en zaken als grotten en dergelijke te verkennen. En dan zijn er nog de stranden. ik heb genoten!

Très joli séjour à Castellabate, nous avons pleinement profité de la résidence tout en découvrant le charme de la côte amalfitaine. Piscine, plages, dégustation de mozzarella, et découverte des villages alentours, un vrai programme de vacances ! Une mention toute particulière à Massimo, qui a été particulièrement aux petits soins pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Et pour couronner le tout, Massimo parle particulièrement bien le français, la classe à l’italienne ! A recommander à 100% pour découvrir le coin :-)

Es wahr wirklich wunderschön bei Elena und Emilio.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön der Pool riesig und der Grillplatz einfach nur super. Bei Fragen sind sie immer Erreichbar und Helfen weiter.Das Haus ist mittlerweile auch klimatisiert. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen.Die Region im golfo di Policastro ist wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert.Wir sind und sicher dass wir nochmals dort hingehen werden.

A real gem of a house. Perfectly located a stone’s throw from beach. Brilliantly equipped with fully stocked kitchen and essentials. As a result we ate at home quite a bit. Air con in two double bedrooms, the twin has ceiling fan. Lovely gardens with room for children to play football and run around. Gated community. You also have own small private courtyard. Communal pool is enormous and equipped with lifeguard (though be aware opening hours are 10.30am-1.30pm, closed for lunch and reopen 4.30pm- 7.30pm). Never many people swimming though no sunbeds allowed by pool. The photos made the place look much bigger than it was but it was still plenty big enough and perfectly set up for families with small children like us. Friendly and communicative hosts. Would 100% recommend.

Eine traumhafte Villa auf einem Berg! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten komplett entspannen :) Der Pool ist unfassbar und ich habe noch nie einen Pool gesehen, der so schön geformt und tief ist. Man ist sehr privat oben auf einem Berg. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht zurecht! Die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr liebevoll und es gibt verschiedene Plätze an denen man den Abend verbringen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war außergewöhnlich gut und sie hat zu jeder Uhrzeit sofort geantwortet. Ein Riesen Dank auch an ihren lieben Vater der uns geholfen hat :)

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

A unique property set in a lovely Italian small town. It was ideal for our extended family holiday (10 adults 4 children). The grounds and swimming pool are fantastic with amazing views. Sornia was so helpful and attentive. She cooked for us on two occasions and the food was delicious - as we had read in other reviews. The local area and harbour are vibrant. The local shop is a short walk away. Nearby there is also a veg shop, bakery and pizza takeaway. Communication throughout has been amazing. Thank you for letting us stay.
