Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Appartamento confortevole e comodo per i miei genitori poichè privo di scale, pulito, ordinato, non mancava nulla. L'accoglienza calorosa dei genitori di Giacomo ha fatto iniziare il soggiorno nel migliore dei modi, sono persone fantastiche che si prendono cura dei loro ospiti in tutto e per tutto.

Perfekte Unterkunft nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Jedoch ist der angegebene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nicht vorhanden. Aber an der Straße waren genügend Plätze da.

5 stars isn’t enough for the marvelous time we had in Portovenere. The apartment is in the ideal location off the main road. The Villa is high enough to feel the majesty of the water views, yet close and convenient enough to get to everything you need. The ferry to cinque terre, shops, restaurants and supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The view from our terrace was wonderful. It was our favorite spot for morning coffee. Photos of the listing are very accurate. The space was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Michela and her assistant Helena were very attentive, always ready with great suggestions and most accommodating to our requests. Lovely people. Would love to return one day.

Lola come host è stata superba. Con mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e il supporto di Lola durante il nostro soggiorno davvero superbo. Gentilezza, disponibilità e serietà la contraddistinguono. Super consigliata.

Manuel è un padrone di casa simpatico e amichevole. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo appartamento, che è comodo, tranquillo ed è facile da trovare, vicinissimoal mare. L'alloggio è ben attrezzato e dispone di tutti i dispositivi necessari, rendendolo davvero conveniente. Se avremo l'opportunità, ci torneremo sicuramente.

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit Rundumblick in die Berge. Gioconda hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Atmosphäre ist außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gioconda hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub ❤️.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Siamo un gruppo di 12 persone che ama festeggiare insieme l'ultimo dell'anno. Quest'anno abbiamo optato per l'alloggio di Ivana ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno! Ivana e la sua famiglia sono degli host molto accoglienti, ci siamo sentiti a casa! Anche la posizione della casa è ideale per visitare sia la Lunigiana e che la Liguria.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

Marco’s place is beautiful, the area is beautiful and so is the street. Recently renovated, everything is spotless and thoughtful. I could see and feel the attention to detail throughout. Marco and his son couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Met us at the piazza and helped with the our luggage and explained everything about the accommodation. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival, snacks and coffee. I would highly recommend. We loved it, Tellaro is stunning. Our own regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much we hope we will return.

Wir sind als 4köpfige Familie angereis…von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Fabrizio perfekt…er hat alle Infos vorab einschließlich WLan Infos zugeschickt…Beschreibung zur Wohnung und zur Tiefgarage, die dort ein Segen ist, mitgesendet…er war mitdenkend und sehr zugänglich…offen für Empfehlungen bezogen auf Aktivitäten oder Restaurants. Einfach nur ein Super Host! Nicht übertrieben…kann ich mur empfehlen…Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Toskana machen, dann wissen wir definitiv bedcheid, wo wir unterkommen wollen…Danke Fabrizio für all deine Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans le logement de Maria Angela qui est une personne extrêmement gentille. Une foccacia nous attendait sur la table en arrivant, très chouette accueil. Nous avons pu échanger régulièrement et rapidement pour divers informations. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait. Nous avons voyagé avec nos enfants de 11 et 6 ans qui ont adoré. L’accès à la mer est à 5 minutes à pied, tous les petits commerces sont accessibles très facilement à pied aussi. La plage et la côte sont super jolies ! Le logement est hyper il bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Une belle lumière illumine l’appartement dès le matin; un vrai bonheur. Pour visiter les Cinq Terre cela est très simple aussi via la gare de La Spezia. L’incontournable Pise est à 50 minutes en voiture. C’était tout simplement parfait, merci ☺️

Spacious 2-room apartment with great view. Has outdoor area and patio. Similar to what was shown in photos. It’s a half hour drive back to La Spazia but it worked for us as we parked our car at train station and got train into cinque terre. From apartment, It’s also a nice 20 min coastal walk to where restaurants are. Overall we are happy with the place.

The ‘little home ‘ was just that for 10 days , beautiful beach within 5 minutes , shops , buses , restaurants and bars . Very quiet location , we were met on arrival and departing , our hosts were more than helpful , very friendly local couple , thank you very much Cheryl and Dave x
