We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

I had a wonderful time at this amazing apartment in Pisa. My had our two dogs, and the large enclosed garden was perfect for them! The apartment is clean and comfortable and has very cozy lighting. It is close to everything in Pisa with a great cafe close by. The clothes washer was great and there's a laundromat with a dryer very close by. I highly recommend this stay, and the host was so nice and accommodating.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Amazing home! Cozy and location is beautiful. Sunsets on the terrace are breathtaking. Isabella is very kind and accommodating and provided great recommendations. The place is a short drive to many restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again!

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Die Unterkunft war für unsere 4-köpfige Familie sehr passend, der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und insgesamt war es eine sehr entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre, wor haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren zu zweit bei Chiara und ihre Familie zu Gast. Unseren zweiten Aufenthalt im September konnten wir sehr genießen. Nicht zuletzt, weil sich unsere Gastgeber genauso gefreut haben, wie wir uns wieder zu treffen. Natürlich auch die Hunde. Bereits am ersten Abend durften wir zu Gast sein, von Chiaras Geburtstagsfeier. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde uns wunderbar geholfen. Für Unternehmungen im Umland und um diesem Bereich kennen zu lernen, ist Molina di Quosa der perfekte Standort. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen. Grazie mille, Chiara e Davide e Andrea

This is the reason we travel air bnb. The apartment is in the garden of an Italian villa house. It is spacious, spotless and beautifully renovated. Fresh persimmons falling from the tree in the garden. The host was wonderful- she kept in touch regularly and each day suggested things we might want to see and sent specific directions for where to park in the local towns. She left us fresh eggs one day. They can suggest where to go for a wine tasting as well. The location is just a km outside san gimignano. With your car you can easily visit many of the delights of Tuscany. We had a wonderful time here.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Es war sehr toll bei Giovanni. Er hat mit einer Karte alles über die Möglichkeiten angezeigt, die es in der Umgebung gibt. Der Pool ist herrlich, man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen und natürlich schwimmen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, wir konnten dort super mit unserem 15 Monate altem Kind spielen. Außerdem hat Giovanni viele tolle Sachen für den Kleinen gebracht (Spielturm, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen etc .) Auch Monika war super lieb und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine traumhafte Zeit. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern bestens zufrieden. Die Wohnung sah viel besser als wie auf den Fotos aus. Blitzblanke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Den meisten spaß hatten wir am Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht und super ruhig. Nur 45 min. von Pisa Turm entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Casanova. La maison était très propre et nous nous y sommes sentis bien tout de suite. Environnement paisible et agréable bien situé pour des départs vers les villes majeures de la région. Les 2 semaines où nous y étions étaient très chaudes et de ce fait la température dans la maison également, surtout dans les chambres. Les terrasses des 3 logements sont situées en face de la maison et malgré qu’elles soient privatives sont en enfilade les unes par rapport aux autres séparées seulement par des canisses. La proximité et le bruit du voisinage est notre seul bémol. L’espace piscine est agréable et chacun dispose de sa zone de transats.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Silvia. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines ce qui nous a permis de découvrir le Toscane. Nous avons eu un problème avec le frigo. Silvia et son mari ont été très réactifs. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir la famille de Silvia via un cours de cuisine dans agroturismo de ses parents. On a adoré ! Le logement était très propre et spacieux. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine avec la chaleur. Volterra est à 10 minutes en voiture. Et les paysages sont magnifiques.

A really special active farm that makes incredible wine and cheese. You're enjoying the full Tuscany countryside experience with staff that's incredibly helpful and friendly. At least for our apartment(Gina), you're staying in a medieval structure updated with modern conveniences so lots of stay/character but be ready for uneven floors and steep starts. It was great for us but may not be right for people who struggle to get around. You're down a dirt road which adds to the charm/remote feel but know that it takes a little longer to get to the store/restaurant but you get a really quiet/country feel which is totally worth it.

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Tutto perfetto, casa ordinata e pulita in zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione anche un kit colazione e dolcetto, molto apprezzato.

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Abbiamo passato delle splendide giornate, il posto è stupendo siamo stati benissimo sia noi che il nostro campione a 4 zampe, karol e la sua famiglia sono stupendi, gentilissimi sempre a disposizione. La struttura è situata in un punto ottimo per gli spostamenti a pochi chilometri si raggiungono bellissimi paesi da visitare. L'appartamento è bello comodo e pulitissimo consiglio questo alloggio al 100% . Grazie di tutto a presto Micaela, Marco e Chaz.
