Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Casa linda, confortável e aconchegante. Tivemos dias incríveis entre amigos e as crianças amaram o local. Os proprietários sempre disponíveis e super atenciosos. Super recomendo!!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

Très beau logement à la campagne, tout est propre, très bien agencé avec un extérieur agréable. Petit plus, des jeux de société présents dans le logement, on a pu jouer en famille.

The house and outside area was perfect for a stay of large group. Lots of space for everyone, and a very lovely pool area that was much appreciated in the warm Italian summer. Francesca was a very kind and responsive host, patiently taking caring of all the many questions by a large family, and she even arranged catering for birthday celebration we had in the house.

Ho affittato l'appartamento per ospitare la famiglia di mia figlia che è venuta dalla Sicilia e devo dire che sono rimasti soddisfattissimi di tutto. Veronica e Gianni persone veramente accoglienti, gentilissime e disponibili, mi è piaciuto tanto la loro comunicazione e reattività, per cui mi hanno rassicurato subito . Consiglio l'appartamento a occhi chiusi, non manca niente e ha una posizione fantastica.

L’unità 2 e 3 di Federigo sono adatte a grandi di gruppi (noi eravamo in 13). Forse unica pecca (senza nessuna colpa a Federigo) è il divano letto nel soggiorno. Le unità sono composte da grandi camerate quindi con poca privacy. I 3 bagni sono sicuramente molto utili e anche la zona BBQ deve essere interessante per l’estate. Posizione ottima per visitare Lucca ma anche Firenze e la versilia. Consigliato quindi per brevi vacanze con tante persone.

Unterkunft war sehr gut. Wir haben alles gehabt was wir brauchten für unseren Aufenthalt. Zwei besondere dinge waren die überdachte Terrase mit Esstisch und der große Garten mit Pool.

Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

What an absolute gem of a place. Lovely three bed property, that was spacious and clean. The gardens and view were breath taking. Many vineyards which are at a walkable distances. The town was around a 40min walk but we didn't mind this as it was so peaceful. Concetta was such a welcoming host, and the best part was the lovely meal she prepared for on my birthday. It was well worth the extra money. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more. Thank you concetta!

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

très accueillant, cadre magnifique et calme, dans la campagne toscane, idéal pour ce rendre à Florence station de train à 15 minutes en voiture avec parking gratuit. merci pour cet agréable séjour

séjour très agréable...le logement était propre et confortable...Notre hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Petit bémol le lave vaisselle ne lave correctement et le frigo fait pas trop de froid..... Nous recommandons se logement car proche de pise et des commodités...

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Es war ein Traum! Wer sich auf eine echte toskanische Location einlassen möchte, wird hier mehr als das Paradies finden! Maura und Francesco sind unglaublich liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles perfekt! Jedermann, wer echte toskanische Gastfreundschaft erleben und eine unglaublich stimmige Anlage mit Aura erleben will, sei es von ganzem Herzen empfohlen!

Wir wurden von Girogio sehr herzlich empfangen. Es sprach ausschließlich italienisch, leider kein Englisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem über die wesentlichen Punkte verständigen können, nur für die telefonische Verabredung zum CheckIn brauchten wir Hilfe von einem Italiener. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage sind traumhaft. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben uns fast jeden Tag selbst versorgt und nichts vermisst. In dem Restaurant unten am Strand bekommt man sogar eine kleine Ermäßigung, wenn man dort angibt, dass man von Giorgio kommt. Sein Neffe arbeitet dort. :-) Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Giorgio!!! Das waren tolle 8 Tage!

We loved our stay at Mauro’s home, he met us at the house when we arrived. The house is Really comfortable, warm, and has a great kitchen with everything you need. Lovely outside space for eating, it’s much bigger than it looks in the pictures! Comfortable beds, lots of storage, good water pressure and hot water :) The town is quiet but has everything you need and you’re a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Thank you Mauro for sharing your home with us and being so welcoming!
