Absolutely amazing flat in a central location in Pisa. The flat is even nicer and bigger than the pictures. We felt at home from the first minute. The flat was super clean and the hosts were really helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of staying in Pisa. Thanks Francesco and Gabriele!

This is a special place! When I booked this I had no idea how fantastic it would be. It’s a grand Italian villa with well kept flowering landscaping, winding paths, pool, grand main house and very comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend the dinner service; delicious regional food served on the lawn and the limoncello made from lemons grown on the property was a special treat. After dinner don’t miss the fireflies in the woods past the pool, they are magical. I also did not realize the host would be on site. He was very gracious and accommodating, from area recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to local travel and calling taxi’s for us. One night late we were stuck in Luca with no taxi service….he drove 20 minutes to pick us up!!! Ignacio is the perfect European gentleman. The Airbnb listing does not do this place justice you will be so pleasantly surprised if you stay here.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und entsprach der Beschreibung. Außerdem hat sie eine super Lage, man ist direkt in der Stadt und kann von dort aus zu Fuß alles erreichen. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, schnelle Antworten, problemlose Kommunikation und eine Menge an Tipps und Empfehlungen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Elena was the best host! There was an issue with our original apartment so she took the initiative to block this one out and rebook us and by the time we arrived in San Gimignano we were all set. Such a cozy place, AC was so nice as it was so hot out. Great space and location, right in the heart of San Gimignano, short walk from the main Piazza. Just down the street from an amazing bakery as well! Elena communicated so well and made our stay the most relaxing. She even left us a welcome bottle of local wine. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

For anyone who wants to experience the peace of the Tuscan countryside while being just a few minutes from Lucca center, book Anna Lisa’s place! Her home is the best of Airbnb, a gorgeous, warm, peaceful opportunity to experience the true dolce vita! She is an exceptional host and her home is truly beautiful. She is a very kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. We stayed with our young toddler son who thoroughly enjoyed running around in her garden. We highly recommend booking here and look forward to when we are able to return!

La casa è molto grande e bella. Eravamo due famiglie (9 persone) e per noi la sistemazione è stata perfetta. Super attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata anche se si affacciava sulla strada e si sentiva il rumore del passaggio dei veicoli, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio. Nelle foto manca un gazebo che ci ha permesso di vivere meglio l’area esterna. I vicini sono stati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili, e ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro simpaticissimo cane con cui abbiamo giocato volentieri. Giuseppina ha sempre risposto in breve tempo a tutte le nostre domande e ha fornito anche una sorta di libricino con alcune attività consigliate da svolgere in zona. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most lovely time staying here. Stunning surroundings, so peaceful and tranquil. Very private and perfectly situated between Lucca and Pisa and not too far from Firenze. Giannini kindly waited up late for us to arrive on our flight, giving clear instructions how to get to the property which otherwise could be difficult in the dark. We recommend getting a small car for those narrow lengths of road! The cottage was very rustic charm and a delight and the perfect location to return to after a long day exploring Italy. We very much recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights at Alessio's place & really enjoyed it. It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything we could need. The washer & dryer was an added bonus! The views of the countryside were absolutely beautiful & we found San Gimignano charming & a peaceful changeup to explore during our trip. Alessio & his team were very attentive & we would 100% recommend! Prior to booking, we carefully read other reviews & appreciated the "heads-up" about getting to/from the apartment...parking, hills, steps, etc. It definitely helped us plan accordingly as we initially intended to drive ourselves but instead chose to hire driver(s) which eliminated much of this concern...although after arriving, we realized those issues probably wouldn't have been that challenging after all.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Laura ist ein wunderbarer, liebevoller Host. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben - sehr sauber, sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🙂

Wir haben bei Massimo 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles was man braucht und mehr als erwartet war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist einzigartig. Zur wunderschönen Fussgängerzone mit vielen Geachäften und Restaurants sind es nur ca 20 Meter. Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber und Mensch.. Man merkt wie sehr er sein Business liebt! Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da wenn man Fragen hat. Direkt nebenan findet man 2 sehr schöne, kleine und einzigartige Bistrots mit tollen Wirten die einem eine gute Zeit bereiten mit leckeren Speisen und guten Getränken bereiten. Danke!!!! Danke!!!!

It is a great place to stay in Pisa. Apartment is in the middle of heart in Pisa. Everything is clean and good as per description. You will find everything you could need. The host is very friendly and helpfull. I truly recommend this place!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

The hosts were very pro-active in terms of communications. The place was as descibed and was a pleasure to stay there. The location is close to various points of interests in Pisa and easy to locate.

Wir sind mit unserer 5 Monaten alten Tochter für 4 Tage bzw. 3 Nächte in der Wohnung gewesen. Diese liegt super gut in Pisa, relativ nah am Flughafen, am Bahnhof und der Autobahn, mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz nebenan. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail! Wir hatten viel Platz und alles ist super modern und es fehlt einfach an nichts. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen und es wurde uns kurz einmal alles gezeigt. Gerne wieder! ☺️
