I booked this property on behalf of my colleague, which very much would recommend the place. The wiev over the lake is amazing, thank you Federico!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

4월3일부터 9일을 머물렀으며 난방. 온수. 특히 밝은 채광이 좋아요. 업무공간이 필요한 제 여행 스타일에 딱 맞는 숙소였어요. 지하철은 이용하지 않았고 버스와 트램을 타고 로마 동서남북을 돌며 로마 일상을 즐겼습니다. 여유를 가지고 느긋하게 즐기는 여행자에게 추천합니다. 셀레스테의 세심한 배려 감사합니다^^

A hospedagem foi ótima, fácil acesso e muito limpo e confortável! Agradeço também a atenção da Alessandra para conosco!

L'appartamento era bellissimo e, soprattutto, molto luminoso. La ristrutturazione è moderna, e si percepisce subito un’atmosfera accogliente. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Roma: tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Alessandro è stato un host gentile e disponibile.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

The apartment is located in a very secure and quiet gated area. It is a 30-minute walk from the Vatican, close to a bus stop, with a 10-minute ride to downtown, and a 10-minute walk to the metro. The apartment has everything you need. The spacious terrace is a great bonus for enjoying your vacation in Rome. Jacopo is a great host. He provides all the information you need to make the most of your time in Rome. I stayed in the apartment for 20 days, and it was amazing. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the apartment.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning flat in one of Rome's most historic neighborhoods! The apartment is spacious and offers a nice blend of modern amenities and classic charm. We were a party of four on a girls trip and we could not have picked a better location for exploring Rome, and our vacation started the moment we stepped into this beautiful space. We were safely out of the fray of some of over-trafficked tourist areas, but could easily walk to everything. The views — as most noted — are amazing. You are literally on top of one of the most significant ruins in the city, and the Forum park is free to visit every first Sunday. Other things to note: great beds, great kitchen, stairs could be a challenge for some, and a little weekday construction in the complex -- but that is everywhere in Rome. I have to give a special thanks to our hosts, who were unbelievably lovely, responsive, and accommodating. I would absolutely book again!

Carmela is a great host. Even with a late night inquiry, she came to welcome me in person, deliver the keys and explain everything! The private garage parking, exudes security, and the elevator to the apt made the move-in a breeze... Also The apt ws beautiful!!!!! Super Comfortable... I really appreciate her allowing me to enjoy her space.. Definitely returning the next time I am in town..

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

We stayed at this apartment from January 5th to 9th, and it was an incredible experience! The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Rome, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon were easily accessible, and the surrounding neighborhood was filled with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops. On top of the unbeatable location, the apartment itself was beautifully designed. The interior had a stylish, modern aesthetic with thoughtful details that made the space feel truly special. While we spent most of our time out exploring, it was lovely to come back to such a central and cozy spot at the end of the day. If you’re looking for a centrally located and exceptionally designed place to stay in Rome, this is it. Highly recommend!

Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. L’host si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarci nella risoluzione di ogni piccolo problema, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e benvenuti. È evidente l’impegno e la cura dedicati all’accoglienza degli ospiti, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più positiva. Siamo felici di essere stati tra i primi a soggiornare qui e auguriamo il meglio per questa nuova avventura. La posizione è centrale e comoda a ristoranti, porto e stazione. A due passi dal mare. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un host attento e disponibile.

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities we needed, in a great location. The centre of Rome was in walking distance with the bars and restaurants of Trastevere literally on the doorstep. Great outdoor space. With a couple of comfortable chairs or loungers could happily spend hours outside. The hosts were brilliant, excellent communication before arrival, allowing for an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Continued regular contact throughout the stay which was a nice touch. Would love to visit again and would not hesitate booking this apartment.

Excellent séjour de quelques jours. Apparemment très agréable avec sa terrasse qui donne une vue très sympathique sur Rome et sur le Colisée. Notre hôte était très réactif et disponible. Apparemment propre, confortable et idéalement situé.

We truly enjoyed our stay, we were able to walk to many places and easily catch a taxi for further trips. There are several really good restaurants within walking distance. We were met at the door when we checked in and were given a tour, and we had no trouble while we were there. The rooftop view is amazing! All in all we had a wonderful trip and having Michael's place to stay made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves.

Amazing view of the sea and easy walk to the beach. Peaceful community with easy access to Rome. Very nice updated and clean apartment. Erika was very responsive and helpful.
