Marina di Ginosa : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Pasamos unos días espectaculares en la Torre de Marina, el lugar es espectacular, muy tranquilo, con un patio enorme y perfecto para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza. El departamento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, cuenta con todos los servicios que se nombran, las camas son muy cómodas, la temperatura perfecta y todo muy limpio. Por último quiero destacar que Marina está siempre al servicio de lo que necesites, con una actitud y una energía espectacular. Recomiendo 100% alojarse aqui

Wonderful portion of a villa with great neighbors. The rooms are huge with beautiful furnishings and flooring. The terrace area really was a lovely way to embrace the day. The bed linens were to die for, crisp, ironed, white vintage Italian percale that made sliding into bed a sheer joy! Aunt Nia was an absolute delight and made us feel right at home for 6 weeks. Internet was great for 2 of us working. Everything we needed in a beautiful setting.

Wat een genot om in het huis van Elisabetta te verblijven! De rust en privacy is geweldig. En wat een prachtige tuin. Het huis is heel gezellig, schoon en alles is aanwezig. Elisabetta reageerde heel snel op alles wat we te vragen hadden. Een heel fijne gastvrouw. Ook zijn veel mooie bezienswaardigheden en goede restaurants (Ardecuore in Fasano is écht een aanrader!) in de nabijheid. Na tien dagen wilden we nog steeds niet weg. Één van de fijnste accomodaties waar we ooit verbleven. En onze standaard is hoog.

Absolutt verdt pengene! Veldig fint område å være i for å dra på besøk til flere severdigheter rundt om (med bil). God mat i byen med gangavstand. Fikk også låne sykler for å komme oss rundt i området, og fikk gode tips som vi benyttet oss av. Vito og Amelia var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme dersom det var noe :) Anbefales varmt fra oss!

consiglio l alloggio di Maria....in una location magica ...nel cuore del sasso barisano.L alloggio è molto bello curato nei particolari, davvero molto accogliente.Maria è un host gentile ,amichevole sempre molto presente ad aiutare gli ospiti ..ci ha fatto trovare il caffè e i muffins preparati da lei e inoltre ci ha indicato e prenotato il ristorante per la cena !!!!.....che dire tutto davvero super !!

Das Airbnb in Monopoli war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und in kurzer Gehzeit in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Emanuela war super freundlich und stets erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub!

We were a bit confused with the different offers but Mariano was easy to reach and very helpful. We would not hesitate to book with him again as he was flexible and friendly and his Trullo was comfy and simply a good spot to explore the city on foot while leaving the car in a convenient location (free parking, on a quiet street). Grazie mille!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious, well-maintained, and felt just like home. One of the highlights was the large patio, perfect for relaxing and spending time together The house was well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in right away. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly. Communication with our host was smooth and easy; he was very responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway!

Cisternino un pueblo hermoso de Puglia! Muy tranquilo y ubicado cerca de Alberobello y Ostuni! Lo volvería a elegir, eso si es importante alquilar un auto para pasear por toda la Puglia! Maristella una excelente anfitriona, muy atenta para ayudarnos! Súper recomendable, amé su alojamiento, cómodo, súper limpio, completo y con detalles de diseño que enamoran

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Logement idéalement situé à Cisternino, à proximité du centre historique et non loin de nombreux sites d’intérêt dans la région. L’appartement est calme, bien équipé et spacieux, en dehors de la salle de bain un peu exiguë. A noter le lit particulièrement confortable. Très bonne communication avec Francesco.

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful room in Matera! The location is perfect—within walking distance of everything while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The view is absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. Claudio was fabulous—communicative, flexible, and always quick to respond, making check-in and any questions a breeze. He gave plenty of ideas about places to eat and left plenty of resources to learn about the history, restaurant guides and maps. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Matera!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Simona, qui est moderne , très équipé et fabuleusement décoré et aménagé avec soin. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi après une longue journée, et de la terrasse très agréable sur le toit. Simona a été très réactive dès que nous avons eu besoin de conseils, et nous a recommandé un très bon restaurant non loin du logement à pied. Ce fut une très bonne escale dans notre périple. Merci pour tout 🙏🏼

Ludovica’s home in Ostuni is a true hidden gem — it feels like stepping into a piece of history. She kindly greeted us after our long flight with recommendations for a delicious pizza dinner and a welcome basket of local food. The rooftop was our favorite part, with a view of the sea and historical Ostuni. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Puglia. Parking locally on the street was very easy, if you’re looking to rent a car.

Hôte très accueillant qui nous a aidé à sortir nos bagages. Parle très bien le français. La villa est au calme, très reposant. L’appartement est très bien équipé, même la cuisine ce qui est très rare. Très bien situé près D’ Alberobello, Locorantodo, Ostuni. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances

Conforme à la description , logement très propre dans un belle environnement , proche de plusieurs sites à visiter , Anna Mina est très accueillante en plus fait l'effort de parler français . Je recommande sans hésitation .

El apartamento de Pasquale es tal y como aparece en el anuncio. Es fantástico. Es ideal para visitar Matera sin los problemas de acceso al centro y hemos estado muy a gusto. Es importante remarcar la información que aparece en la descripción del apartamento: la cocina es para prepararte un desayuno, ya que no está equipada para cocinar, aunque eso no es problema gracias a la oferta gastronómica de Matera y alrededores ;-) Por otro lado, la climatización con suelo radiante es una maravilla. Silenciosa y efectiva. Recomendamos al 100% el apartamento y esperamos regresar en un futuro.

Masseria a Libeccio è un’angolo di paradiso e relax, immerso nella campagna pugliese, a pochi passi da un mare meraviglioso e una spiaggia per niente affollata. La doccia esterna, la zona barbecue e l’orto a disposizione, veramente molto apprezzati. La piscina, accessibile H24, completa un’esperienza “di lusso” ma mai formale. In ultimo, Antonio, l’accogliente padrone di casa. Unica pecca, non essere potuti rimanere qualche giorno in più, ma sicuramente è un arrivederci!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay as part of our honeymoon - Francesco very kindly upgraded us which was a super lovely gesture! We were met upon arrival, shown all the facilities and recieved a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. They were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation and immediate surroundings were incredibly peaceful and idyllic, however we recommend having a car as there isn't lots to see and do in the local town. We travelled to some of the best restaurants of our trip nearby however (recommended by the hosts). Overall a great, luxurious base to stay in Puglia.

Joli logement pour arpenter cette partie des Pouilles. À la fois non loin de Bari et de Matera. Le logement est très agréable, on y dort très bien. Et la cuisine est bien équipée. Des places de parking gratuites sont facilement disponibles dans les rues alentours. Et Ersilia est réactive et disponible. On recommande à 100% !
